The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Just abysmal in every way. Untrained, young people on reception. No idea about service support. No help with bags available. No plugs in the bathroom. Went to reception and they said there is a plug in the hotel, but they had lent it to another guest. Avoid this property at all cost.

I am very disappointed of this hotel. This is an 4 star expensive hotel, but there are actually better hotel with a better price. This hotel is old, outdated, it really needs some renovation. The furniture, curtain, carpet on the floor inside the hotel is dated back from the 60'ies. There is an odd smell inside the hotel. Clearly the owner of this hotel doesn't care. The check in was very slow, it took me more than 15 minutes to be checked in. There is a lot of trafic noise outside my hotel. I am not confident with this hotel.

Great location - stunning view from room But rooms need better maintenance - shifted from one room as safe not working - in the new room thermostat did not work Most people use this as a base for tours and make an early start - so breakfast should open by 6 AM and they need more toasters and coffee machines - food was average Heated swimming pool was not working Lots of tour groups use this hotel - suggest have a dedicated check in / check out for groups so reception should have one more person at busy hours

This hotel is part of a chain in Chile. The rooms are small, with little storage space for luggage. Front desk seems clueless sometimes, sending us to an unmade up and dirty room upon check-in. We returned and the staff person at reception seemed amused by what had happened. We were given keys to another room, but neither key worked, so it was another return to the front desk to get reprogrammed keys which finally worked. Restaurant staff appeared unhappy to be working there, and did the minimum. Could be a problem in Punta Arenas as the staff at the Diego de Almagro Puerto Montt were competent and friendly, especially in the restaurant.

incredible staff, nice breakfast, great room with views of the harbor. everything in the hotel worked! comfortable bed. food was very good and wait staff was excellent. do not believe they have shuttle to airport, however, and airport was about 20 minutes away.

I thought the breakfast was really good. The runny eggs are the way they are served, not a mistake. Very good. The room was the best we found in Patagonia during our entire trip. Near el centro, you can walk to dinner.

There are much better options for this amount of money. The rooms are dated and stuffy. The bathroom is ok, but the tub/shower is a death trap! I slipped getting into and out of it almost every day. The breakfast was awful! They used canned fruit and awful pastries. The scrambled eggs were so under done, they were like soup. If you have an early excursion, don’t count on breakfast being ready on time (6:30am). Twice we showed up at 6:30am and they hadn’t even started to set up or turn on the coffee machine. Just go elsewhere, I can’t recommend this place.
