Rooms are very dated , no USB charging ports , old furniture. One of the worst Breakfast I ever had in China. Weird bathroom design

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton 4 points in Chengyang. The GM, Jessie was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean with comfortable bedding and a bath. The breakfast was a great mix of western and Chinese. It was a lovely touch having coffee available throughout the day.

I’ve been a regular customer since 2008; it’s always a good feeling staying in Four Points in Chengyang; the working staff are friendly and professional and very helpful; the room is nice and clean and I always enjoy staying there.

Great place to stay in Chengyang! Staff is very nice and polite, ready to help with any request I had. Unfortunately, I do not rememeber the name of a girl who checked me in, but she was superhelpful, and breakfast restauraunt manager too. Totally recommend it!
