Great location, especially for the cost. Owner was easy to work with; call before you arrive to get the room details.

The location is great, very close to a metro-station (line nr. 2) and bus terminal, with the metro it is just a few stops to Laoshiren beach. Also it is not far to the Laoshan mountain by taxi. The apartment is well furnished and quite big, however, it was not really clean. The sofa, seat cushions on the chairs, table cloth and kitchen utensils were not clean, also there was still some hair from previous occupants on the floor. The kitchen can be used for preparing simple things, but is not suitable for cooking bigger meals.
The bed was comfy and clean.
The service was good; it was easy checking in and out.
Although it wasn't very clean, I can still recommend staying at this apartment.

房間很乾凈，格局和裝修風格都是我們喜歡的，浴室裏洗浴用品、洗衣機、吹風機都有，晾衣架也有，洗完衣服幾個小時就幹了，廚房裡鍋、餐具刀具、冰箱都有，小區很乾凈，環境好。出門很方便。老闆人很好，特別熱情，入住體驗非常好！

非常的nice，比我的想象好太多，設施維護還是挺好的比較乾淨。要重點強調下，是唯一一家提前主動聯繫我的酒店，而且把路線等注意事項全部彙總發過來，負責又十分熱心，基本上看到你有什麼需要幫助的，都第一時間來問，有什麼問題都耐心解答。總之可以很信任很放鬆的住這裏，出去痛快的玩，青島極地海洋世界，好多可愛的小動物呀，走之前行李也可以寄存在這裏，不用擔心丟失。

가성비 짱입니다,주방도 있고 1층은 침대 위에 다락방같은 2층이 있는데 통메트리스로 되어있어요.6명이서 숙박하다 무방할꺼 같네요.

這家公寓真的超讚，住的是觀影房，投屏超級清晰，房間衞生感覺整潔，有“家”的感覺，也適合長住，附近什麼都有，很方便。關鍵是價格十分優惠，房間設施齊全，性價比可以説是超級高了。服務也很周到，小姐姐很好説話，值得入住，強烈推薦。

公寓位置很好找，房間裏面的設施什麼都有，就跟住家裡一樣，小姐姐服務也特別好，很貼心的為我們提供服務。衞生也特別乾淨，整體來説性價比很高了，很喜歡的一家公寓。

房間很乾凈，空調效果非常好，晚上睡覺很安靜。老闆很熱心，提前存了行李就出去玩了，駕車去青島石長者浴場，海灘燒烤，碧海藍天。還有拍婚紗照的情侶太有愛了，回來入住後又介紹了周邊和吃飯的地方、商店等等。有機會還會再來～^_^

樓上兩大床，獨立衞生間和獨立淋浴間，樓下一大床、衞生間與淋浴、廚房用具齊全，還有油和醬油，衞生很好，沒有異味。忘拍照了。
帶着老媽和孩子，都很滿意。
樓下各種好吃的，很方便。
電視、空調都很合適。
