酒店前台服務很給力很熱情，款待到位，見面禮的檸檬水好喝，退房還加了點帶上火車🙅☕。房間乾淨整齊衞生。酒店位置絕佳，山海關高鐵站走路十分鐘可到，樓下就是到老龍頭景區的25號公交站，對面是古城入口。

設施：我也算是在這個酒店住過兩三次了，酒店整體的設施還是可以的，但是我不明白為什麼有些細節做的就那麼差盡人意呢？明明定的是親子房，洗漱用品和拖鞋等都要給兩套。既然是親子房，一定會帶孩子，哪管説給一套孩子的。也是細節的體現。
衞生：亞朵的衞生當然是我們很放心的。我帶孩子出門兒，每次都會選擇亞朵，也是因為在衞生方面比較放心。但是這次在拖鞋的塑料袋兒上粘膠處的粘合口發現了一根很長的頭髮。讓我覺得心裏有些不是特別舒服。
環境：這個亞朵無論是地段兒還是停車還是酒店，餐廳的整體環境都是非常不錯的。還是很安靜的，雖然在鬧事階段，但是環境是非常適合身心休息的。
其他：之前五一來的時候，房間裏的冰箱會配備一瓶紅茶，一瓶綠茶，這次來的時候就是兩瓶綠茶，我覺得亞朵既然是集團統一的一個連鎖酒店，那麼它的房間可以達到入住標準的驗收級別也應該是統一的。但是住過兩三次，每次冰箱裏的水都是不同。口味礦泉水是不同品牌的。
服務：我覺得五一期間的服務可能會更加熱情，更加有賓至如歸的感覺。這次入住就會覺得好像少了一些回家的感覺，但是整體還是很好的。前台工作人員也會主動幫你做停車的減免等相關問題。

三年躲避新冠，回家途中感染。無法按計劃入住預訂的山海關古城亞朵酒店，與酒店侯經理取得聯繫，她所表現出的熱情與耐心，讓我感到意外和親切，她親自與攜程網協商後，為我原來的訂單給予了特殊的照顧，告訴我可以延期半個月，什麼時候入住都行，真讓我非常感動，如此富有人情味的服務理念，相信會有越來越多的回頭客會到這裏入住。且酒店位置極佳，就在山海關古城南門，交通四通八達，餐飲豐富多樣，火車站近在咫尺，又臨近核心商業區，可謂吃喝玩樂的最佳選擇最優酒店。向前來山海關旅遊的朋友熱情推薦，保證讓你有賓至如歸的感覺，來了捨不得走，走了還想再來！

Good location clean and small room but In front of the hotel there is a large footpath. You cannot drag your luggage across. You have to carry your luggage through the footpath. It is very difficult. Cars cannot pass in front of the hotel. Staff can not speak English. Room like pic.

This hotel was conveniently located between the railway station and main tourist attractions. The staff were all very friendly and were able to speak English at the front desk. The hallways were a little dark but the rooms were well lit, clean, and comfortable.

地理位置：超棒，距離山海關古城牆一街之隔，位於關城南路上。關城南路、關城北路、關城西路和關城東路分別為第一關城牆外側的道路。亞朵位於山海關古城的南側。距離山海關火車站不到1公里，步行10分鐘可達，出行方便。
服務：服務人員年輕熱情專業，既能為等待入住的客人提供熱水，也會為住客中的小孩子們拿拖鞋，還會問退房的客人是否需要礦泉水等等。
設施和環境：頂層是7樓，屋頂之外又加了一層玻璃頂牆，類似花房的原理，導致朝內側的房間透氣性不好，温度較高。有外側窗户的房間會稍微好一些。
周邊：各種餐館和超市，比較方便。
