We enjoyed the hot spring spa and our room was very comfortable and perfectly located to the beach. If you like seafood the buffet was amazing 😊

The location is perfect to see the sunrise and sunset on the beach! The service is also very good including very fresh seafood at reasonable price.

Amazing hotel! The Bret Alfa’s that was good, with a lot of choices. Location is very good, just next to the beach and it takes around 25 minutes ride to the train station. Hot spring is amazing! Many hot baths, pools. Easy navigation. Room is big and clean, very comfortable stay.

The location is good on the first line from the sea. The whole resort is divided into several hotels, and it was a surprise for us. This hotel building is right side if you facing the sea. We booked a room with a sea view, but its main part was a pool roof. The pool, which you can visit for free while staying in this hotel, is too small, shallow, and overcrowded by kids from the city. The room is small. The bedding was clean, and all amenities were OK. Breakfast in the other building is not too bad, but it is necessary to come early because dishes are not addressed. The price of the proposed room and service is too high.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. What a gem!

酒店環境衞生實在是一般，停車友好。樓下温泉，泳池，海灘由於和社會混用比較混亂。開業四年由於維護不當明顯陳舊，衞生間角落污垢有頭髮，榻榻米床單未鋪好且有污漬，顯得極為敷衍，再有毛巾都是破洞就直接淘汰好了，體驗感不好。早餐78每位，種類豐富，但味道一般，多數為再加工食品，和攤煎餅的大媽説：“您也給我攤一個吧！”沒有迴應，衹顧自己態度傲慢，不知道是不是心情不好，麻煩您了向您道歉。酒店的餐廳量大，口味鹹。周圍比較偏僻，就餐選擇少，外賣也沒有什麼更好的選擇。本來預期就不高，但是其環境衞生服務不如一些連鎖酒店，作為度假酒店還是太差了。

據説是秦皇島離海最近的酒店，出門就是沙灘，不需要過小馬路，特別方便。 去年來感受特別好，今年還來這邊，還是王澤宇小哥哥接待，一如既往的服務周到細心。非常感謝！ 親子酒店裡算住起來很舒服的了。 晚上吃酒店的自助餐廳，大人孩子都很喜歡。 以後再來秦皇島還是會選擇這邊。

北戴河的這家酒店性價比比較不錯，中午提前到的酒店，前台王澤宇經理非常熱情，提前給辦的入住，免費升級房型，還給孩子拿了免費的小禮物，送了一份果盤，度假來這家酒店真的值得，周邊吃飯、外賣價格比北戴河合適，海灘治理的也比較乾淨，早餐也不錯，種類很多，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

Приятный отель, большие номера, убираются каждый день, также тарелку фруктов каждый день приносят в номер. Завтрак отличный, море в двух шагах, есть в аренду лежаки и зонты, но лучше взять с собой тент.
