Fairfield Inn & Suites Quincy

Swimming Pool and Hot tub were broken but they had passes for the local YMCA. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. Beds were comfortable

I want to say our experience was one of the absolute best I have had at any hotel and with any hospitality worker. We got in around 9pm last night and the Front Desk personnel Lindsey (not sure if it’s the right spelling as we were exhausted last night and asked for her name this morning) was so helpful, kind, and energetic. She helped us find a room to meet our families needs and even helped get us a few things we forgot to grab. I wish I could share with you all how awesome this woman was but I know my words can’t express it adequately. I have worked 15+ years in hospitality and retail mostly in management positions and if my employees could have been even half as good as Lindsey was I would have had a phenomenal team. Breakfast was also delicious and broad variety. We all got our fill and enjoyed it. Place was clean. But seriously I’m hoping I get the email to leave an awesome review with Marriott themselves because Lindsey was amazing and made a rough trip so much easier.

Stayed here for the second time and it was great. checking in was simple and pretty quick. Room was clean and comfy. No issues with noise. Breakfast was available the next morning and it was pretty good as well. Highly recommended. We stayed at another local hotel but their breakfast turned into a bagel bar so this was our next option and we will stay here from now on.

Perfect place to stay during travel sports! We froze at at an outdoor soccer game. Went to hotel after, check in was easy and quick, staff immediately let us know they have a washer and dryer and can provide quarters. We put our wet blankets in the dryer and warmed up the hot tub. The hotel was sold out, it didn't feel crowded at all. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, no wait for the dryer, plenty of food and space at breakfast the next day. This is our place to stay in Quincy.

I had to make an unexpected trip to Quincy on December 22 because my 93 year old father was hospitalized for Covid pneumonia. I wasn’t sure how long I was going to stay, but I ended up checking out on Christmas Day. I was so impressed with the staff there. They were so kind, compassionate, and helpful. A special shout out to Kylar, Monica, and Lyndsey. (I apologize if I spelled your names wrong). Kylar came and fixed the toilet because it was not flushing properly. I’m sure that is not her favorite job, but she did it with a smile. Lyndsey upgraded me to a different room my last night there because there were more flushing issues. And Monica came and gave me a hug in the parking lot just as I was leaving. They went above and beyond, and they were such a blessing to me during a stressful time. The breakfast was just what I needed every day before I headed to the hospital. The hotel was also decorated beautifully. The hotel staff helped me to make the most of the situation. There is something to be said about excellent customer service..:I would definitely stay here again. God bless all of you!!!

I bought my room with points i.e. 11k is the cash price of 137.50. The room was pretty good but the air conditioner makes noise often. This is my favorite place to stay in Quincy but not worth more than what I paid. The toilet might need an overhaul. Otherwise no major issues and will return.

Clean and very comfortable with a decent and hot shower. Not brand new and the elevator is a bit questionable. The beds were decent. Laney (spelling?) was so friendly when we arrived, which was so refreshing after a long day of travel. In the morning, Brandon started off our day with enthusiasm and kindness!

Friendly check in nice room top floor facing wooded area. Room was quiet and comfortable nothing fancy. Appears to be best choice in Quincy. Nice small pool and work out area. Breakfast is kind of weak you get a sandwich that's put into a microwave so the bread is hard as a rock and ham inside the package are soggy. Excellent restaurant right next door plenty of shopping nearby.

$200 king room, no suite. Elevator made more bangs and rattles than an old car. Carpet in entry of room wornout and frayed. Lamps had seen better days. Tub was stained as well as the stopper broken. Shower curtain was torn in 2 spots. Toilet rocked side to side. Looked like spot of mold behind bathroom door, probably because the vent made lots of noise but didn't move any air, had.to shower with the door open. Had free showtime streaming, but the internet was horrible and all it would do it load and buffer, never played the movie. Watched tv on their cable/satellite, 40 channels, most of which were old sports, news or finance stations. Was watching movie and signal went out for about 10 minutes, and it wasn't storming or anything. Also, it set next to a stagnant, smelly pond. And good luck getting out of the parking lot with all the traffic. Stayed at a Courtyard also by Marriott a week prior and have stayed at Springhill suites and Fairfield before, all Marriott properties and they were great. Marriott should be ashamed to says this is theirs. The service was good, but the property is a dive. Room 320.
