A wonderful friendly welcome from the lovely owner. The room was lovely and bright and immaculately clean with a really comfortable bed and awesome shower. The swimming pool looked nice but we are not swimmers or sun bathers so we didn’t bother using it as we spent most of our days out and about exploring the island by bus - the bus stop is a short walk from the hotel. The town of Rabat is lovely and easy to walk around with plenty of bars and cafes and the walk across to the fascinating Mdina only takes ten minutes or less. I nearly forgot to mention the breakfast which is superb and varied, with something for everyone. We had five nights in this hotel and really loved the experience and would definitely come again. We really could not fault it.

This was a nice B@B, although for some reason I was expecting more hotel luxury given the online reviews. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was also good, showers good, towels not that absorbent, no bath., bed and pillows very good. The breakfast had to be pre-ordered (to a given time) and the selection was not that extensive. There was no option to cook your own toast. Coffee was from a push button machine and on the cool side. The location of the hotel was quite good, down from the main square and close to both catacombs and Mdina old town. Also close was Maltas extensive bus route terminal. From Rabat it is about a 20 min bus ride to the capital of Valletta. There is also an airport route. The hotel has a pool and vending machine, unsure if it provides meals other than breakfast. My main ‘beef’ was that the cleaning service was quite intrusive, for example would go to breakfast at 7.30 (earliest time) and would return to find the cleaner in my room (no DND sign was available), she even took it upon herself to fold my clothes I had left to dry. They also discarded bottles that I wanted to reuse. ( when I book a room I like to think I can put ‘stuff’ where I want and not have people move it). However overall the accommodation is good, particularly for its location. I stayed for 6 nights, think 2-3 would have been ample as there are many other properties on Malta that are similar yet in diff. locations. (get to experience more of the island).

A beautiful and spotless hotel in the heart of Rabat with a very warm and welcoming interior. I would highly recommend booking the Superior Room 3 which is extremely spacious with a free-standing bath tub and double basins and shower heads in the bathroom! We will definitely come back if we're in Rabat again.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Outstanding location central to most any part of Malta. The owners are a wonderful family who really ensured we were looked after right from the complementary whiskey when we checked in. Room was great. Comfortable bed. Clean, quiet and a private patio overlooking the street. Safe, friendly and truly great value.

Our experience was excellent and I highly recommend this immaculate and charming botique hotel. They were helpful from day 1 as we were planning our trip by answering all our questions about the location, transportation, etc. The rooms are new, well appointed, and very comfortable. The breakfast they provide is lovely as was the hospitality provided throughout our stay. Its a short walk to M'dina and Rabat has much to recommend it.

Really lovely hotel. I think we probably had the best room in it, which was spacious and comfortable. It's family-run and it was a more personalised service than you usually get in a hotel. Two things were outstanding - we got real coffee - Lavazza, both in the breakfast room and in our hotel room. I really need coffee, especially in the morning to get me going and of course, most hotels serve instant - I drink my coffee black without sugar, so the coffee has to be really good, otherwise I drink tea and feel sleepy all day. The other outstanding thing was the breakfast menu. It was such a very well-thought out selection to choose from and they were all prepared freshly and to a high standard. I think I tried about four different breakfasts during my stay - my favourite being smoked salmon and avocaco on toast. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at 100 Boutique Living hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable service provided by Pauline, the owner. The breakfast choices were excellent, and the modern, well-equipped rooms added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel's prime location in Rabat made it convenient to visit all the sites, with amenities within walking distance. The level of service and cleanliness was truly commendable. Thank you, Pauline, for ensuring a memorable experience.

This hotel is fantastic value for money! The owners are very friendly and cook delicious breakfasts for you, which you chose the night before. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our superior 2 room had two showers and two sinks, which made getting ready at the same time very easy. The hotel is in a great location if culture is your thing. It’s just a six minute walk to M’dina, our favourite place on the island! There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. We managed to park outside the hotel for free all the time, but don’t park there Saturday night as there is a market there Sunday morning and you will get a fine. We could drive to anywhere on the island in around 30 minutes. I highly recommend this very classy boutique hotel which is so reasonably priced.
