Belle découverte ! Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet excellent hôtel avec un accueil formidable, un service très attentif et très sympathique. La table est exceptionnelle, digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Merci à vous tous pour ce beau et bon moment. Nous y reviendrons sans problème

it was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, I traveled with my mom and we got absolutely spoiled by different activities that we could do at the hotel and food, it is a great family-friendly vibe and the staff is truly caring, helpful, and hospitable, this hotel is truly sustainable and family run, they even dress up in traditional outfits once a week and their wild sauna experience is truly one to remember, we had absolutely profound cleansing there! I can't recommend this place enough if you are traveling with a family and looking to relax and be present even more, you will experience it here ＜£

This was our second visit to the hotel for a skiing holiday with friends. Once again all the staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Half of our party thoroughly enjoyed the skiing which although the slopes have to be reached by ski bus, they are quiet and well pisted. The rest of our party enjoyed the walking with lots of winter walking paths available in the skiing areas and from the hotel. The hotel organises several guided walks and a torchlight walk in the evening so plenty to do. When one of our party had a skiing injury they were so helpful taking him to the medical centre and when we requested a kettle for our room (as being English we enjoy a cup of tea when we wake up!) they were quick to provide one for us. The pool and sauna were lovely and relaxing and each meal time was made special by the interesting dishes and special presentation.

Elegance, kindness, cleaning are the best quality of the hotel. The staff is very polite and attentive to details and to your comfort. Even the restaurant serves quality and genuine products. They are keen on our needs, we asked for the Vegetarian menu. Look forward to have also the vegan menu! Highly recommended.

The room was from the high end of the hotel range and well worth the money. The view from the glassed balcony was great and the scenery lovely. The location of the hotel is also beautiful. The hotel pool and jacuzzi are very nice to stay in as well. The three indoor saunas are also a nice addition, even if the smaller Finnish one lacks a löylykiulu and -kauha. You can't call it a Finnish sauna without the ability to throw water on the stove. The larger separate sauna is also good and of adequate temperature. The arranged sauna session has some overly strong scented steam though. Bonus points for the innovative use of a towel to swish the hot air towards the guests seated at the lower levels. The food leaves a bit to be desired though. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was not in line with the rest. Perhaps a few more traditional touches would help. The juice options were not optimal.

Great location in a quite place from where you can reach many beautiful sightseeing and route. Staff is high professional and really welcoming, delicious local food presented in a nice way, spacious rooms, the spa is a relaxing area where to lean on a rainy day and also the outdoor sauna, amenities and services for guest.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern ( 3 und 6 Jahre )in Osterferien eine Woche zu Gast im Naturhotel. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Ruhige Lage des Hotels , schöne große Zimmer mit modernem Bad . Das Konzept ohne WLAN im Zimmer und Essensraum fanden wir sehr entspannend . Sehr leckeres Essen , freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal . Nach dem skifahren in Ratschings, hatten unsere Kinder viel Spaß im Schwimmbad,und wir haben uns bei Täglichen Aufgüssen in der Sauna entspannen können. Es war einfach ein erholsamer Skiurlaub für die ganze Familie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Familie Sosna Ps: was ich mir vielleicht wünschen würde, wäre eine zusätzliche Ladestation für Elektroautos . Am Tag vor der Abreise wurde etwas stressig ,weil alle ihre Autos Abend vorher laden wollten .

Wir waren zum erstenmal im Naturhotel Rainer. Wir haben es zufällig gefunden und waren restlos begeistert. Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet, das Personal ist absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ist hervorragend und der Weinkeller ist ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich und man wird sehr gut beraten. Gleichzeitig liegt es sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Es ist einfach eine super Vision, die die Betreiberfamilie dort umsetzt! Es wird soviel wert auf Natur und Nachhaltigkeit gesetzt und man muss auf nichts verzichten. Alles kommt aus der eigenen Produktion, der eigenen Alm oder von den Nachbarhöfen .
