Hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu. Murs de chambre sales ainsi que tout ce qui est en tissu hors la literie. Robinetterie fatiguée et pas d’eau chaude le soir. Par contre bonne taille de chambre, au calme et literie confortable. PdJ pauvre, peu de choix avec des produits basse qualité. Dîner correct sans plus. Service à améliorer car personnel peu aimable. Wifi capricieux: marche quand il veut.

The hotel is an excellent location in chitrakoot and very near to ramghat .The staff at reception were very helpful and rooms were specious & cofortable .We highly recommend this hotel and well certainly be seeking to stay here again if we ever are in chitrakoot.

Hotel bindiram nearby at ramghat the most famous palace in the Chitrakoot, very big hotel and the sitarasoi restaurant is only veg restaurant the food is very delicious and yammy, I think staff behaviour very good and thanks to all staff bindiram hotel for making my stay memorable at Chitrakoot.

The state of hotel was so bad with pack of hot water and sometimes no water in shower. The floor was dirty and when shower is turned on the water travels to other end where toilet is. The crevices were mould and black, futniture had stains on the cushions, AC controller was dirty snd not even working. Had to ask for complimentary items and even towels which were so rough and not soft at all. Due to long trip, we were only lucky to find the bed very comfortable but rest of the room or the hotel doesn’t deserve 4* ratings!

The hotel was new, but the staff seemed to be not professional enough to maintain it. We checked in after midnight, and it was very cold due to the cold wave in early Jan 2024. We booked two rooms and got one room that didn't have sealed windows. There are full-length gaps at window joints. There were no room heaters, too, it was horrible. The other room window edge was sealed with a normal cello tape. Hot water takes forever. it looks like their central boiler is not efficient. Next day when I complained, they didn't even apologize. They kind of gave some random answers and agreed to shift the room. They didn't have floor mats, extra towels etc, the reason was laundry guy didn't turn up, no apology even for this. It was shown as a 3 star kind of property but not ***aged that way. The restaurant staff are very supportive and made the stay little less horrible. This hotel is like a 3 star but ***agement is not efficient. Lot of improvement needed.

Located just 2 km before the town center -ie Ram Ghat on the main road, the hotel boasts a convenient location and approach The hotel, in my opinion, stands as one of the best in town, providing accommodations . The amenities provided were in line with the standards of a three-star establishment. Hotel Bindiram has is its vegetarian restaurant. the quality of the food was good. Breakfast was basic with limited Indian dishes but sufficient. There was ample car parking space at the hotel was a definite plus, providing a hassle-free experience for guests who traveled by their own vehicles. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionist also assisted us in arranging a one-day sightseeing tour at a reasonable cost. Their helpful attitude added an extra layer of convenience to our trip.

worst hotel to stay or book. They are totally ruthless and ingenuine people who called me and cancelled my booking several months after the booking was confirmed and paid stating hu*** errors. this is ridiculous. Indian government should take action on such rascals. Their GM Mr. Govind has also said that it is their property and they can cancel anyone they want. Such was the answer they gave after receiving the payment.

We went to the hotel to make a booking of 2 rooms for 2 nights and one of the desk staff said that they have rooms available for only 1 day. I was about to leave when his ***ager said that they actually had rooms available for 2 nights since there was a last minute cancellation of 6 rooms. I asked if we could see the rooms and the staff showed us the rooms. We asked the room tariff and what all was included in the room and checked in to the hotel. In the morning the same desk staff (not the ***ager) asked my brother that we would have to check out since the rooms were not available anymore. My brother told him that we had spoken about this last night and the ***ager had said that the rooms were indeed available so the staff said okay. Sensing something was off I then went back to the desk to check again and the staff said that everything was okay and we had the rooms for another night as was discussed the previous night. We went out for the day. After we returned to the hotel around 3:30 pm and asked for our room keys from the reception, the ***ager told us that we would have to check out since the rooms were not available anymore. (The other staff was standing there but not saying anything). He desk ***ager said that we hadn’t confirmed our stay for 2 nights. I told him that we had spoken about this last night and we had wanted the rooms for 2 nights -it was clearly mentioned to him several times. First he kept saying that they only have 1 available room and that I hadn’t clearly told him that we needed rooms for 2 nights. When I accused him of lying then he changed his stance and started saying that I should not get upset since he was trying to accommodate us (which he wasn’t earlier). What pathetic and unprofessional staff behaviour at this hotel. They lied to us and they double booked the rooms then tried to put the blame on us and kick us out!! We were so clear we needed rooms for 2 nights. I don’t know how much more clearer can anyone be. Truly horrific and terrible staff behaviour. I have never faced this situation anywhere else in India till now. It’s such despicable behaviour by people that ruins someone’s trip. And they don’t give a damn, just concentrating on making profits. Ashamed this happened in Chitrakoot. Be very very careful because the staff at the hotel have absolutely no training on how to ***age a hotel. They are blaming the guests for their own mistakes. They continue lying and act like you are in the wrong for getting upset. Btw I was with my elderly parents and would not I get upset if the hotel staff and blatantly lying and trying to kick up out. Shameful situation really. I won’t let this ruin my trip to Chitrakoot but how pathetic for people to behave like this. The hotel should really look into this matter and make sure this doesn’t happen again. The staff are double booking rooms. Very shady behaviour by desk staff.

Very bad service...unfriendly reception staff...very bad trea**ent of guest...also rooms not very clean. They hesitate even to provide drinking water...there is a very unfriendly person in tie at the reception who thinks treats customers very badly...his attitude to customers is really pathetic..
