房間小小的， 感覺暖氣不足，所以還有空調補充， 但是比如暖氣暖和安靜。床偏軟，不適合我睡覺。 單人床的被子也小，睡得不舒服。 沒有瓶裝水，需要自己去餐廳裝水，咖啡機有熱水。 餐廳環境可以，傳統西方食物，吃不慣。

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, a Friday and Saturday night. We loved the place and their friendly a**osphere. Our room was nice and modern, with a large bathroom. The staff was friendly. The dining area was pleasant with an outdoor courtyard and tables and chairs. The breakfast was healthy and delightful, coffee excellent, and there were gluten free and vegan options for those that needed it. The hotel is situated sideways on a narrow, cobbled street in a kind of courtyard. We drove and the parking is easy -- parking garage with car entrance on a bigger street parallel to the narrow one -- and an people entrance right at the hotel door -- and we got vouchers for 10 euro parking a day (rather than 14). And yes, as people have said, there is a nightclub in the same courtyard. It was not hot out so we left the window closed -- the soundproofing from the windows was excellent and really didn't hear anything that kept us awake. And yes, the staff does leave at 8 -- we used our room key to get in and to use the elevator at night.

When I saw earplugs as an amenity in the bathroom I knew we were in trouble. I had no idea that there was an all night club open from 9:00 pm - 5 am directly next door. I could have dealt more with it but the room was too hot and we needed to open the window. Did not sleep for 2 nights. I suggest the hotel not book the rooms on the square unless they are deeply discounted and perhaps young party goers wouldn’t mind staying there. I am deeply disappointed!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Best hotel breakfast for quite a while. Beautifully clean and we'll-maintained. Quiet except when building work was going on in the floor below. Great location for visiting the old town and for the car park next door. Being presented with a jam jar on arrival seemed a little odd. But it makes sense - you [re]fill it with chilled, filtered, still or sparkling water from a convenient dispenser near reception, so less rubbish/recycling. I enjoyed my brief stay in Regensburg, and I was delighted with my choice of hotel.

From check in to check out, the staff were excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It had obviously been renovated recently with high quality linens and fixtures. The breakfast was equally sumptuous. We highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location (a short walk from the main train station). The room was nicely appointed. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of local offerings. The staff was super accommodating, allowing us to do a very late check in.

From the moment of entering the lift lobby to checking-out on the next day, every aspect of the stay had been a joy and comfort. I booked a "double room deluxe" and it is really spacious with a big bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated and the space is very smartly utilised. The breakfast is a dream with a great variety of fresh fruits. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. The location is good, just a nice short walk from the station through a huge park, close to the Thurn and Taxis, a good starting point of wandering around the town.

The perfect hotel in the time I book the hotel there where no pic online yet because it is brand new the Google reviews not existed yet but I’m so happy we stay there the most friendly people on earth work there behind the check in ! Perfect close to the city centrum all new perfect shower and rooms super clean and nice I had a perfect stay there, I think one of the best options for Regensburg, Parking perfect close by from the elevators direct to the hotel then after a 5 second super fast check in to the city and relax to wake up to a perfect breakfast full arranged with good coffee machine and a low plastic green take on the products that are used, This is a hotel perfect for a small getaway with your family and enjoy Regensburg to the max, This city have all to enjoy a few days I hope to go back one day en for sure i stay again in this hotel

An excellent example of how to undertake a major modernisation project. Rooms have been redesigned and refitted to a high quality - particularly the bathrooms. The same applies to both the Hotel’s entrance and the “breakfasting” room. One point that guests need to appreciate is that the Front Desk etc close at 20.00 hours, after which entry to the Hotel is by using the same card as gives access to rooms. The staff at Reception Desk combine a high level of professional competence with an evident pride in the organisation they represent. My thanks.
