Belle expérience!! La chambre était très propre et le personnel était gentil. L'emplacement est excellent. Ex.) Il y a un supermarché à côté de l'hôtel et l'arrêt de bus 1 est très proche (5 minutes à pied).

Séjour absolument merveilleux. Les chambres étaient propres, chaleureuses et décorées avec goût, avec une cafetière et un réfrigérateur. La salle de bain était propre et l'eau était toujours chaude, super après une longue journée passée dehors. Tout le personnel était merveilleux. Super sympa et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Emplacement excellent. Je n'ai rien à reprocher à cet endroit.

Très bien situé et personnel sympa. Mais le petit-déjeuner doit définitivement être amélioré. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits. Et nous bénéficions tout au long du voyage du même buffet. Rien n'a changé.

Had a lovely trip to Iceland really enjoyed everything about it hotel was gorgeous just one thing it was so noisy out from our hotel with the party people all weekend so if you want a quieter hotel don’t pick the main ***** everything else was fab and went very smooth would go back maybe to a different hotel

Nice and convenient hotel in the city center of Reykjavik. It is possible to park for free at a spot 10 mins by walking from the hotel

Location is very good. Walking distance to all places. Rooms are small but ok. We stayed 3 nights. First night we arrived 2 am and was put in a strange room in the next adjacent building which had no elevator to join. We had big bags traveling from very far to reach Iceland. Immediately I notified trip.com assistant and also ask to change room which was done next morning. Thank you to the hotel & trip.com The reception staff was very nice and helpful Breakfast was good enough

Very clean hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was right in the downtown city center super convenient. Also their breakfast was awesome!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location in a bustling area, offering convenience for guests. The reception desk is exceptionally helpful, and the restaurant staff, particularly during breakfast, are outstanding. Wish the breakfast had more hot food variety and also better coffee options (only had filter coffee), neverthless still a great breakfast spread.The hotel comprises a modern half and an older section, but both segments provide all necessary amenities. Easy access to taxis and the nearby bus stop, which is ideal for convenient Iceland tour pick-ups. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and accessibility.

Good location! Room quite decent with everything we need. Minus point is the curtain is clear type not blackout!

The breakfast is OK and it has the aurora call service. The reception is good and is very kind to help you.

We stayed for 3 nights, hotel is at a perfect location close to restaurants. 5mins to harbour and 15mins to church. Taxi available right in front. Breakfast was great with good spread. Staff replenishes quickly. Front reception are okay. Two things I would like to honestly comment: - due to weather conditions, roads were close and we nearly couldn’t make it to check in, hotel did not give any flexibility of cancellation understanding the conditions. I don’t think it’s fair. They still wanna charge us. - after check in the room, toilet bin are not clean with sanitary pad found and floor hasn’t been clean with some food flakes on the ground too.
