Danezis City Stars Boutique Aparthotel

We were shell-shocked to had encountered such aggressive behaviour from the landlords during our first morning of our stay. First of all: Danezis property contacted us via WhatsApp 7 days before our arrival, because they wanted us to prepaid them the full amount. *********** advised us to not prepay them as Danezis property states in their terms & conditions that No prepayment is required. *********** said that is invasion of our privacy thar Danezis property kept sending us messages via WhatsApp instead of using *********** messenger. Moreover the property advertises that it is for Adults only, but they lied, as they had put tenants with a screaming toddler next door to our room. ▪︎ Also we did Not like that the male landlord bullied us and threatening us in our first morning because he wanted to take away both of our passports and the full amount of the rent. ▪︎ Which he banged on our door with his fists during our very morning while we were sleeping, instead of waiting to wake up. However we had informed his wife that as our flight was delayed we were travelling for many hours as a result we were knackered. His wife met us in our first night moaning that we arrived late and also she told us to not use much of the air conditioning. That it was the very first sentence she told us. The male landlord (Anastasis) did Not take into consideration that we had a jet lag and we were knackered. He exhibited a very rude, unreasonable and bullying behaviour
