The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly. We didn't eat in the bar so I can't comment on the food but it looked good and plentiful if a little overpriced! Be aware though that almost EVERYTHING is an extra so budget quite a bit more if you want to use sunbeds, air conditioning or wifi. We didn't as the costs were outrageous. We had a Superior Studio apartment and the beds were very comfortable and the room cleaned daily. We didn't find any of the 'complimentary' toiletries which they advertise although we had a lovely but empty liquid soap dispenser! The shower is really good and would be better if the shower screen had been bigger. They do supply a squeegee for you to remove all the water that sprays all over the bathroom floor. The shower has a fixed head and can't be adjusted and there is a switchable hand shower head for squirting your 'bits'. A good hair dryer is provided. The biggest deal-breaker for us was that in no way was it a fully equipped self-catering apartment. There is NO KETTLE, NO TOASTER and very little of anything else in the way of kitchen equipment. A coffee peculator is provided which is useless (and I stress useless) for making tea. If you want to self-cater, the very reason we booked this hotel, don't bother booking here. You will be very disappointed. If you want to eat out there are many very good restaurants within very short walking distance. You'll be lucky to get breakfast before 10:30 AM though. If you are a light sleeper then think about what it would be like sleeping within one meter of your fridge compressor turning on and off all night long. The balcony is far from private and ours had only a view of an orange tree which was sprayed with chemicals (I assume) every couple of days! It was right next to the walkway to all the other apartments which is great if you want to meet everyone while you're trying to eat your boiled egg and no toast breakfast washed down with lukewarm tea! All in all we had a great time in Rhodes and this hotel could so easily be made to be perfect but sadly I really think they are more interested in taking money than providing a comfortable self-catering holiday experience. Still gave them an above average score though for all the good reasons stated above but we won't be staying there again for all the many bad reasons. Be sure to check out the Royal bar just round the corner. The food is wonderful, the owner and staff are fantastic and the prices reasonable. A bit further on is the San Allotte restaurant which is equally good (maybe better) but more expensive.

Un FAUX 5 ÉTOILES !!! Si vous avez l’habitude des all-in 5 étoiles, de bien manger, et que vous souhaitez être au calme. Surtout ne réservez pas ici!!! Voyage du 24/5/22 au 31/5/22. En arrivant à l’hôtel, je Re demande bien à la réception si comme convenu dans la réservation, la chambre est avec 2 lits séparés. « Oui Madame ». J’ai dû revenir à 3 reprises à la réception pour des changements de chambre car visiblement ils ne connaissent pas la répartition des chambres. LA CHAMBRE : Celles ci sont d’ailleurs très mal insonorisées, quand la chambre en face prend sa douche , on croirait que c’est dans la notre. Sans parler des discussions de couloirs auxquelles nous avions l’impression de participer. Chambre ultra petite et beaucoup trop basique pour un « 5 étoiles » LA NOURRITURE : je n’ai jamais jamais jamais aussi mal mangé dans un hôtel. Je ne sais même pas si c’est digne d’un 2 ou 3 étoiles. Nous devons attendre à l’entrée du restaurant qu’une hôtesse arrive pour nous designer une table, comme des enfants. Jamais vu ça. Le bar de la plage ouvre à 11h et celui de la piscine ferme à 18h. Jamais vu ça dans un all in . LE BRUIT : nous sommes en plein milieu du couloir aérien : une bonne trentaine d’avions passent du matin au soir au dessus de l’hôtel, autrement dit, si vous voulez du calme, passez votre chemin. Absolument rien n’a été rafraîchi avant cette nouvelle saison. On voit des ouvriers à l’œuvre … nous sommes fin du Mois de Mai, je pense que la saison est suffisamment avancée et qu’il fallait faire cela avant la réouverture. LE PERSONNEL : à la réception , hautement désagréable. Le dernier jour je demande à quelle heure passera la navette le lendemain pour notre retour. Ils n’avaient pas l’information, impossible pour eux de me répondre. J’ai donc dû me débrouiller et passer des coups de téléphone via TUI pour avoir le renseignement. Je nais JAMAIS vu ça dans un hôtel , de s’occuper aussi mal de ses clients. Seul point positif, la gentillesse du reste du personnel. Il faudrait sérieusement revoir la notation de cet hôtel qui induit clairement le client en erreur. Personnellement j’en ai fait les frais.

L'hotel est comme sur les photos et les chambre on été refaite. Le personnels de l'hotel très agréable. La chambre de l'hotel assez spacieuse, nous avions une chambre pour 3, 2 lits jumeau et un canapé lit (dommage que celui-ci n'avais pas de couverture seulement un draps). Il y a la clim ce qui est parfait. Il y a également un mini frigo, des rangements mais seulement 2/3 cintres il faut se débrouiller avec ce que l'on a. La chambre est nettoyées tout les 2 jours avec changements de serviettes seulement, les draps ne sont pas changer c'est dommage. Il y a en revanche au niveau du hall n'animation une odeur vraiment désagréable d'égout. En ce qui concerne la nourriture c'était bof il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix, le buffet est répétitif. Nous étions en all inclusive choix des cocktails sans alcool à revoir (limonade, coca, sirop à l'eau). Il y a une supérette devant l'hotel ce qui permets d'acheté les chose du quotidien (eau etc...). L'hotel est a 10-15 min de l'aéroport et du centre ville de Rhodes en voiture ou en bus (2.5euros le ticket). Une plage de galet a proximité environ 10min et vous pouvez également remonter la cote pour trouver mieux. Je vous conseille de louer une voiture si vous voulez allez loin dans d'autre ville du style Lindos ou autre plage sur la côte. Les meilleurs plage soi dit en passant sont sur la cote est. En une semaine il y a vraiment de quoi faire. Les animations de l'hôtel la journée sont cool, et celle des 3 premiers soirs également mais ensuite il n'y a pas eu de succès. A savoir qu'il y a beaucoup de famille avec enfants donc de 20H30 a 21H30 animation pour enfant ensuite animation pour adulte. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de français, l'hôtel est très prisé par les familles polonais. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement et ces équipements.

12jours au paradis ! ( du 18 au 30 septembre) Tout était parfait . Vaste chambre devant la piscine . Accueil souriant . Gullia qui chouchoute les Français en proposant beaucoup d activités , rencontres , jeux , découvertes. L équipe d animation extraordinaire énergique joyeuse bienveillante . Des spectacles de qualité tous les soirs . Nous étions en all inclusive et la variété et la qualité de la nourriture ne nous a jamais déçus ( comment la personne qui dit avoir intégralement pris ses repas à l extérieur peut elle juger aussi défavorablement !) Et le personnel .. très classe ! La structure de l hôtel permet un choix de piscines d ambiance suivant notre désir de calme ou d ambiance plus active . La mer est belle tiède ( ne pas oublier les chaussons anti galets !) En résumé décontraction convivialité joie pour l ambiance avec derrière de vrais professionnels ! Bien sur nous avons fait de belles excursions mais les jours à l hôtel n étaient jamais ennuyeux! Merci à Gullia Elie Marina Elie Sophie Alexandra pour leurs talents leur énergie et gentillesse !
