Very close to fabulous beach, 50m walk, many restaurants around to suit all budgets,a short walk 750m in to the old city alley ways. Staff super friendly and helpful with lots of advice. Late checkout available for a price if not fully booked. Big choice of breakfast.. Views nice from balcony, rooms with the balcony.

Hôtel de ville très bien situé, propre. Le personnel attentif. Parking à proximité. Chambre à l'arrière bien au calme. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner (sucré/salé/ chaud/ froid) sur la terrasse à l'avant de l'hôtel.

Basic hotel, near the central Rhodes city. Located among many restaurants and nearest grocery store is across the street and the beach one minute walk away. Room was neat and something you would expect at this price point. Air conditioning kept the room nice and cool and there's a safe for valuables. Staff was friendly and the breakfast better what the rating would make you expect. The lobby has a bar where you can order drinks. Things to consider are that it is located by a narrow street so the rooms don't really have any nice view and there is no swimming pool, something you might miss if you travel at the hottest season.

Great little hotel, the location is ideal for all the restaurants and bars. The staff are all polite and professional. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels replaced daily. Breakfast is varied and there is always something to eat. All communal areas are spotless.

Excellent family run hotel. Very central, adequate breakfast, clean rooms and lovely friendly staff, especially the bar staff Would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced too. No pool at the property but beach is a two minute walk. Old Town a quick 10 minute walk.

We have just returned from 10 day stay at Hotel Africa . We had a fantastic stay Everyone at the hotel could not have been more helpful and there friendliness made our stay even more special . Great location with the beach across the road , plenty bars and restaurants on the door step and the old town only a 10 min walk away 👍👍👍 I would highly recommend a stay here and if possible go for a room with a sea view . Arriving in the early hours of the morning check in only took several minutes. The Africa Hotel is in an ideal location to visit many of the attractions Rhodes has to offer, the bus station 10 minutes walk away, the old town the same distance. Rhodes is beautiful and I also enjoyed day trips to Lindos, Simi Island and Faliraki Beach to name a few. Breakfast at the hotel varied every day with various hot food plates, cereals, meat and fruit. I slept in a basic room which was spacious but perhaps next time would like to view the superior rooms to compare. One outstanding aspect of the hotel were the staff who work well as a team to provide perfect service to all clients, arriving as a guest but leaving good friends, Thank You Katerina, Michalis, Nikos and Vaso for the laughter and friendship we shared. I will miss you all and hope to see you again in the near future, Best Wishes, Anthony x

I stayed here for 3 nights after my original hotel was overbooked. Fairly easy to access via #50 bus (3.5€) from the airport to the Blue Sky Hotel bus stop (38 minutes) or taxi (25€). Elias at Reception was very pleasant and helpful getting me rapidly checked in and giving advice about restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with seaview balcony. LOTS of nearby restaurants and bars. A short walk to the beach. Breakfast was included, but average. There is a hotel bar too.
