Nous sommes venus entre amis pour les 40 ans de ma fille. Le hall de l'hôtel a été rénové mais pas les chambres. Cependant, ils correspondaient bien à ce que nous recherchions. Ils ont un lit double et un lit simple mais auraient donné beaucoup plus de place s'ils n'avaient que 2 lits simples. Une bouilloire et un réfrigérateur étaient inclus. Le personnel était exceptionnel, en particulier Andy qui dirigeait son bar avec brio, prenant note du prochain dans la file d'attente et se rappelant à quel point nous aimions nos boissons. La nourriture était délicieuse avec beaucoup de variété et des soirées à thème. Encore une fois, le personnel était adorable, surtout Maria ! Je trouve souvent les desserts des hôtels 3 étoiles très fades, mais pas ici, absolument délicieux ! L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour les magasins et bars locaux ainsi que les bus pour la ville de Rhodes et Lindos. Dans l'ensemble, des vacances merveilleuses et je les recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques au Kolymbia Sun Hotel. Tout le personnel était génial, très serviable et sympathique. Espace piscine charmant et toujours propre. L'emplacement est génial, pratique pour les bus et il y a une jolie baie à proximité pour une journée de détente et nager dans la mer. Il y a de belles boutiques et de bons restaurants. La nourriture à l'hôtel était bonne, nous avons mangé dehors un soir, mais nous avons été très satisfaits du restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Quite simply the worst hotel I have ever been to and I have travelled all over the world, deserves zero stars,food, hygiene, rooms ,pool area etc are the worst i have ever experienced Don't believe the 5 star reviews Avoid this hotel

Very basic hotel, terrible shower,dated bedroom, lunch ok but breakfast and dinner not acceptable,cold food, entertainment virtually non existent,you definitely get what you pay for,my advice pay more for a decent hotel, I wish we did ,can't understand the 5 star reviews I have read,it's impossible for this hotel to be rated 5 stars in my opinion, you wonder if these 5 star reviewers have even stayed here

Everything was absolutely stunning. Room was nice and clean. Staff - I must say that we never ever had better staff than in this hotel. Everyone is so nice polite helpful. So far this was a very nice experience. Even though hotel has 3 stars we would rated better than some of the 5 stars hotels. Thank you so much guys for everything. Michaela & Stefan (Slovakia)

We came here as a last minute getaway for summer. On first inspection everything seemed okay, however it wasn’t long before we began to notice faults. Although the hotel was only 2 stories high there is no lift which was quite problematic for us having to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs having just arrived late at night. Some other issues include the very small bathroom and all inclusive only being served during set hours. The features in the room were somewhat disappointing. The shower was more like a hose, but it did the job. We ended up using the shower by the pool as the pressure was much better. The beds are very low to the ground and no headboards. There’s a kettle but no coffee/tea so not sure what it’s for really. Plenty of coat hangers and storage but only really enough for about a week. There was 2 of us staying as a couple but they only gave us 1 key. Not a major issue but most hotels give you one each so I did have to ask if i could get my own. Onto the positives, the staff make up for what the hotel lacks. They went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Despite the hotel being very dated and in need of some desperate upgrades, we could not fault the customer service we received. However, we did sometimes need to ask for drinks to be refilled at dinner as there is no drink machine despite this being an all inclusive hotel. There was regular entertainment each night which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you don’t want to be at the hotel there are many activities nearby such as the beach a 5 minute walk or the bus stop into the old town. We always managed to get a bed by the pool which was lovely and cool. Overall, had this not been a last minute decision to get away we would probably have booked somewhere else but it did the job. Somewhere in the sun with cocktails on tap. Will we be back? Probably not.
