Was amazing, the food, pools, staff.. everything

My husband and kids went there in 2023 and raved about it, so I'v taken my daughter and my youngest boy who was 2 at the time to this beautiful place that made him bad as he was ill afterwards for about 2 month. I will start with positives, it's a beautiful place, the rooms a good size and located by the pool, I'v watched my daughter swim from the balcony. Really good powerfull air conditioning, comfy beds. Beatiful views. My kids loved lazy river and the slides. Really tasty ice cream especially pistachio. Now the bad stuff. The room never got cleaned properly even when we left a special light on. There was a strong sewage smell by the small activity pool. The quality of buffet food was questionable, it was actually pretty bad for a five star. We had to queue up for the table in unbearable heat, and then the table would be still dirty. By the end of the day there were fries floating in the pool and some other rubbish. I'v told my daughter not to dive in in the evening as the pool was filthy but she still did. That night she was vomiting, then next day my little one started to vomit, he was sick so bad he was lying lifeless on the bed for 3 days, I had to pay for a private doctor twice to come and see him £250 euro each time, then we had to travel in a taxi to a hospital in Rodos. Had to pay hotel full price to extend our stay for another 2 days, even know we couldn't go and eat or use the facilities. They still charged us full price. We also had to move to a smaller room, as our room was booked for the week apparently, sorry if another family got sick as we had to move not by our choice. Unfortunately the hospital wouldn't test to find out what caused it, they kept saying I needed to find a private laboratory, I was on my own just fighting to keep my little boy alive. Thankfully we managed to fly home and I was so glad to return from this holiday from hell. I did phone Tui to tell them we wasn't flying back home with them and they did tell me over the phone that there was other people sick at the same time. The management team offered to upgrade us to another restaurant when I'v told them about the situation in the buffet, instead of making improvements. The funniest thing is my daughter keeps asking to go this year again .

Great massage from Xhuliano and Richard. They know what they are doing. Wery nice and comfortable Spa. Hotel is also very nice, activities for all, and great food.
