Avis : Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport. The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at "Richmond Centre" which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to nearby shopping mall. Also close to skytrain. Starbucks downstairs. Great for coffee lovers. Room is clean and spacious. Smart TV is a bonus!

Clean hotel, conveniently located in Richmond next to Chinese restaurants.

10 mins from airport. great. parking overnight need to pay. FYI.

There are some ants and cockroaches in the bathroom.

The service is good in general. However, we met the strike during our stay so that the cleaning was only done once upon request. To compensate the situation, free breakfast was offered to us.

前台和大堂人員服務都很好，房務人員則一般般，房間設施比較老舊，房間有露台，但露台比較Dirty，有蜘蛛網，露台地上也很污糟，估計是應該長年累月都沒有打掃。但房間內部衛生ok, 但連住時收拾房間則一般，洗手液沒了沒换，洗手間地板應該完全沒有清潔，我們出去吃飯完回來時，地上頭髮還在同一位置。

我們第一晚遇上了停電，酒店翌日早上安排了早餐給我們。另外亦給予兩張及後兩日的早餐券給我們，總算不錯的補償。
