Le petit déjeuner était très bon et la chambre était en très bon état. Malheureusement, le signal wifi dans la chambre n'était pas bon. C'est peut-être parce que la pièce était un peu éloignée.

Great location, 8 mins away from Hongqiao Train station. Everyone we have met has been friendly, Tina at the front desk gave me her work cell# so I can order food using ******* app, they deliver using robots, very cute and efficient.

The associate that took our money for breakfast was very rude, but the others at the restaurant was very polite. The associates at the front desk also had great service.

The hotel was good in general. However, upon checking out and requesting for a van to take us to Pudong airport through a partner service the hotel was advertising, the hotel staff couldn't help since it was less than 2 hours before. We requested help from the concierge to contact the van company and they booked us a car, but they didn't tell us the car they booked was just a regular taxi. Right before seeing the car, we even asked if this car was from the company. They said yes. We wish they could have been honest since we ended up paying 86 RMB more than the regular rate.

It in a quiet place but hotel is very nice for what you pay. Very near from airport and also there’s a little nice hanging out place just 5-7 mins drive away

The hotel location is near to the Hongqiao exhibition center, quite a q quiet location. Overall is a good stay for the exhibiter.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. I m impressed with Wangzia who serve in the resraurant. She s very nice. The room s a bit small with 2 persons but overall its good and convenient .

Everything was great, except the lobby and restaurant that were very very cold. The heating systems in the lobby and restaurant were not working.
