J adorer cet hôtel 2 étoile qui en vaut 4 le lit King parfait un frigo ya juste une petit chose dérangeante c’est le bruit dans la chambre de bain je sais pas si c’est l’eau chaude ou quoi mais j’ai quand même très bien dormi le déjeuner es bien œuf jambon. Croissant. Pain. Yogourt. Céréales jus en fontaine muffin. Le Brighouse train station facile d’accès et plein resto asiatique. Un bon restaurant thaï box. Et un super sushi. Tokyo joes sushi puis un bon resto banh mi viet

Good location, but the lighting in the room can be improved. It was convenient with coffee available at the breakfast area. Inclusive parking area for in house guest.

It's in a good location—a supermarket and mall are a 10-minute walk away. There is free breakfast and nice service. Except the curtain in the bathroom is damaged. Irecommend it for a short-term stay.

The hotel is not new but service is excellent. Specially Suttle bus was good. We booked Suttle bus service and used when we departed for airport.

Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Dated furniture, would be great if the room has brighter light. Other than that its perfect for an overnight stay.

Stay was alright, only problem I face they don’t have own pickup, they have shared bus with another hotel and no pickup service after 10:30pm so I had to take taxi. Breakfast was basic, no many choices.

The SureStay was a great hotel! I only stayed one night, but definitely would come back as the service was exceptional. From shuttle driver to front desk, all employees were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also enough to start your day. The location of the hotel was why I picked it, as Minoru Park was directly behind it. I had a lovely and secure walk about. Open spaces, huge trees and wildlife (ducks and rabbits) made the visit interesting. The front desk recommended a very nice restaurant right across the street from the hotel for dinner. It had a nice atmosphere and Happy Hour prices gave an inexpensive meal for the evening.

Highly recommend for short stopover!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located to the airport. The have a free shuttle to and from the hotel. There was no shuttle available in the AM so they ended up booking me and paying for the taxi there themselves. The bed is super comfortable. I enjoyed my stay

We were flying from Manila to Montreal  decided to make a stopover and enjoy Vancouver.  Location is very convenient from airport especially with the shuttle pick up / drop off service provided.  It is  close to the train / buses that can take you anywhere.    Breakfast is good but always busy as it's a small area.  What makes this hotel special is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.   Front office staff especially Gandam and Greg were very efficient /professional and most helpful ...not only about hotel issues but also with information about  Vancouver / Rental and even helping with bookings.  The rooms are large  clean and all was well

The Hotel is very convenient, it located near Brighouse Skytrain station, about 10 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is helpful. There are Richmond Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The best things is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport (the shuttle bus had words of Executive Hotel and only a small logo of Surestay by Best Western, make sure don’t miss the airport free shuttle) and free breakfast, I think the variety of food is good. I’d recommend this hotel.
