The reception is very good and helpful. This hotel is the best.

It is conveniently located. Food variety in breakfast buffet is satisfactory. But, I was puzzled why the kitchen refused my request for fried eggs on the last day, whilst I could be served with such on the previous two days. I was greatly disappointed with this. The hotel owed me an explanation. I tried to get the email address of the hotel in order to lodge my complaint through Trip.com but in vain. Trip.com's answer not of help at all.

The hotel is just 3 minutes’ walk to the bus station and the central market and is situated on the edge of the old town. The restaurants, bars, supermarkets are not far from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well.

Clean room, nice gym, kind staff, great location.

有停車場，收費20歐。房間乾淨衞生，酒店位置優越，對面是火車站，背後是老城。唯一的遺憾，是酒店入住時要交按金，因為房間裏放了很多消費品。

設施：酒店升降梯為觀光電梯，在直通頂層的天井裡上升時，可以感受陽光從每層的會議室窗口照射進天井的奇妙景象。 房間設施齊全，被褥品質優良舒適。 工作人員熱情友好。 早餐豐富。

酒店地理位置方便，而且很安靜，還有附早餐，食物種類豐富，而且check out後可以寄放行李，十分推薦。
