Atendimento nota 10! Todos os funcionários muito gentis e prestativos.
Achei ruim não ter serviço de quarto 24h. O Restautante só funciona até as 10:-(

O único ponto negativo é que de madrugada alguém do quarto vizinho parecia estar tendo um surto, bateu na parede nós acordando assustados, me fez perder o sono, depois que consegui dormir, acordei novamente com o mesmo barulho, mesmo já tendo comunicado a recepção

All around Great Experience…The staff from the front desk to restaurant and bar…. were welcoming, helpful and friendly ( even those with little English)….especially Tope, Myra , Alan and Julia at the front desk and Julius at the bar, Carlos, Geovan, and I think her name was Alaletia….gave me safety tips. They really took care of me. So when I had to extend my stay in Brazil due to a missed flight, I returned to the hotel for another nights stay….Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast had a wide variety and very good . I would definitely stay again…

Very good hotel with nice, large and clean room. Great breakfast and restaurant too. Staff was friendly and helpful, so staying in the hotel was pleasure for me. The only bad thing is location. It is just too far from everything. The great Barra beach is around 15-20mins uber driver, but on the way back it could take up to 1 hour, if you leave on late afternoon, when traffic gets insane. Area around the hotel is good. There are some supermarkets, 5-10mins walk on the way to Rio arena. Metropolitan Mall around 45mins walk or short uber driver. I felt very nice and safe walking to the Mall twice. If you like walking, the main beach street is great place to do that in Barra, but you need uber or taxi to get there. On the other side of the hotel is the way to Rio Centro, around 2km. All in all, very good hotel, but a little far away from everything.

Really enjoyed the stay at this Marriott. From the moment of check-in, we were had a very warm welcome from Keven, who explained the rules around our stay and additional information about the carnaval. Well designed, spacious hotel lobby. Rooms were very clean, and a good size with a large, extremely comfortable bed. We had breakfast at the hotel most mornings and the staff were excellent. Interacting and building relations with many of the guests. A special shout out to Richard, Juan Carlos, Giovan and Dani, but they were all very friendly, accommodating and happy to share advice. Only drawback would be that if you are looking to head towards Centro / Copacabana areas quite often, it can be a bit of a journey.

Quarto muito confortável (cama, chuveiro, roupa de cama, amplo e limpo). Estacionamento em frente sem custo. Checkin e checkout rapidos e simples. ótimo cafe da manha Não foi um problema pois eu sabia mas a localização é próxima apenas do parque olimpico. De carro, em torno de 15-20 minutos para praia, e 15-20 minutos para os principais shoppings da Av das Américas. Acaba tendo poucas opções próximas (como restaurantes). Durante a noite, com o ar condicionado desligado, ficou um ruído estranho baixo mas um pouco chato.

La atención es desastrosa, con excepción de las personas de recepción y la gente que atendía al desayuno. A mi llegada no querían dejarme pasar porque estaba hospedada gente de CONMEBOL y Fluminense, siendo que ya tenía reserva, tuve que pedir por favor en la puerta que me dejen llegar con mi auto hasta el ingreso para poder bajar las maletas, pero la gente de seguridad no entiende absolutamente nada de español (ni quiere hacer el mínimo esfuerzo por hacerlo). Estuve dos noches hospedado allí, el primer día solicité que revisaran el frigobar porque no enfriaba a lo que me respondieron que "no enfría, solo mantiene un poco la temperatura". Luego de ello solicité una hielera o recipiente para poder llevar un poco de hielo a la habitación, pero en el restaurante me informaron que no tenían. Terminé lavando el tacho de basura para hacerlo. Por la noche pedí algo para comer al tiempo que solicité un vaso (no había más que tasas de café en la habitación), no lo trajeron porque tampoco tenían. El gimnasio está bien y la habitación también (el primer día se me acabó el papel tipo "kleenex" pero nunca lo repusieron). La pileta no es muy linda y la zona no se destaca por sus atractivos turísticos (está lejos de la playa). Si tienen que hosped**** en la zona de Barra da Tijuca, en un hotel que esté lejos del bullicio de la costa, no vayan a este.

Atendimento da recepção muito boa, café manhã bem servido , quartos bem limpos, porém apenas um dia o quarto não foi limpo pela manhã.Acesso e segurança ao quarto muito bom.Piscina ótima.Área de Fitness fica para próxima visita que com certeza retornarei
