The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace

Due to the hotel's proximity to the Ganga Ghat, having a river bath has become a routine. The view from my room and restaurant also motivated me to get up early every morning. On the other side of the river, I went to every ashram. It is simpler for tourists to explore neighbouring sites and partake in other activities like rafting, bungee jumping, trekking, and camping because of the area's close proximity to the market, taxi stop, Ram Jhula, and Janki Setu. It is a must-visit if you are thinking of going to Rishikesh.

Excellent location, on the river bank. Nice rooms, large beds, comfortable pillows and upholstery. VERY HOSPITABLE STAFF (need special acknowledgement) and quick service Housekeeping was well done Breakfast was also good Also Enjoyed the complementary high tea and morning Yoga sessions

We visited this hotel for lunch. We were on a one day trip to rishikesh when it started pouring. We saw the board of the restaurant attached to the hotel and anticipated that the food would be nice and also we would get shelter from the rain for a while. My mother who is aged sat at the reception as she said that it is difficult for her to climb the stairs. We ***** with kids went to the restaurant to eat. The hotel is right on the ghat with mesmerizing views of the ganga and the hills behind. It was wonderful to sit and eat with the ganga view by the side. In no time my mother came down in the restaurant aided by the reception staff through short stepped stairs from another side. She told us that the person at the reception came with her and escorted her to the restaurant on the stairs which was a wonderful gesture. We had a wonderful lunch and the kids ate to their hearts extent. In fact they said that the food was the best part of the whole trip. Later since it was pouring torrentially and we needed a cab, the girl at the reception went out of the way to give us nos of cab person to help us out. We waited for 15 mins or so and the cab arrived to drop us to Haridwar. The rates were genuine despite the torrential rain. We praised the girl at the reception on our way back to haridwar... Indeed a nice experience, staff was so helpful in spite of the fact that we were there just for lunch. Speaks a lot about their hospitality. Would love to stay there next time we plan a trip to rishikesh.

Last minute plan, travelling with pet, owing to long weekends slow traffic, tired of 7 hrs drive to Rishikesh. But these boxes got unticked once we reached Neeraj Ganga Heritage Hotel and checked into our room. The room was a doublt deluxe room with mountain view. Its just not the description, albeit its mountain and ganga view room. The hotel on its back opens directly into the ghat. And you can enjoy the ganga right from your room sitting on the deean they arranged on near the window. Its the thing of the room. Apart from the location, the rooms are spic and span, staffs are so courteous. The food is so yummy and delicious. The hotel has its own parking. Rafting starts just next to the hotel. Both Ram and Lax*** jhula are walkable distance. The hotel is really pet friendly. They allowed us to leave the pet in the room with the AC on without which we could not have done rafting. I can keep on writing about our one night stay which felt we stayed for a week. Highly recommended and we will wish to stay with the hotel everytime we visit Rishikesh.

This restaurant is very close to Ganga river this is best place for pure vegetarian food and excellent place for family. Restaurant is road side and mountain view.staff is too good specialy Rajesh at restaurant his behavior is soft and politely.overall we spent good time keep it up

Right from the location to hospitality everything is amazing here! Staff being so polite and helpful :) Restaurant's food is delicious, wont have to look for any other place. Above all, perfect location right on the ghaat, can see the aartis and everything from your window!

We stayed at Neeraj Heritage for a night, but undoubtedly fallen in love with place, touch of heritage interior beautiful arcs, an amazing view of river Ganges from rooms. The hotel is at the banks of Ganges, easy access to river ghats. I was with my family and my toddler, they helped us out for small things as well, really appreciate cooperation of Rajesh Chauhan, he was generous and kind, we reached late at night and smooth check in. Staff is cooperative, they help us for the holy bath and provide assistance. This stay will always will be in our heart. Thank you. I ll definitely recommend it.
