The location is good as it is near all the places of interest. The approach road is from a very busy market and one has to wait for long to take a turn as the traffic does not stop. The approach road is in very bad shape due to repairs by the civic authorities Ample parking Bell boy has to be called from the reception to take your luggage. The lobby is small with sofa seating. Rooms are on three floors Windows overlooking the Ganges and Janki Setu. Janki Setu and Ganges is a few minutes walk from the hotel, turn right as you come out of the hotel. Rooms are quite big in size and so is the bathroom AC works well Ceiling fan has only two speeds: Slow or fast. Toiletries provided Small fridge in the room with tea/coffee maker TV is very small Two bottles of mineral water are complimentary every day The restaurant in ground floor has ample seating Food is totally vegetarian Breakfast has veggie choices Fruit choices are limited. Dinner also has vegetarian options. Corridors are quiet.

1. Parking : free parking is available in the front of the hotel on a wide road plus they have parking under the hotel basement. 2. Reception: cozy clean & welcoming. The guest are well received in Indian traditional way, a Tilak on forehead, a nicely carved wooden bead holy string and a sweet n naturally flavoured welcome drink. The check-in was Swift and effortless. The elevator service was prompt to get the guest rooms. 3. Guest Room: clean n comfortable with a balcony, air conditioned, enough water bottles, Tea kettle and a fridge. Room is nice but with no much of frills. Tea condiments were of standard quality however the selection of Tea bags were outstanding. Toilet: clean and well organized. I must compliment the hotel for providing outstanding quality of offered toiletries. Meals / Dinner / Breakfast: All vegan food very nice, tasty and sumptuous. Service was good. Breakfast was well spread with continental selections and Indian varieties. Check-out: Nice & Swift. Overall very satisfactory. A humble suggestion to the ***agement is to have toilet mirror better illuminated for better viewing. Shaving was challenging in dimly lit bathroom. A good focus lamp may please be added to help on this without much of trouble.

Incroyablement belle avec l'aperçu du ganga le personnel était si gentil et si préventif, je me suis senti très bien comme dans une famille le service Mme Baby était toujours aimable tous les jours et il était vraiment très beau aussi dans le Vous nous avez aidé à recevoir un service absolu sur toutes les questions et je suis si reconnaissant d'être ici et j'ai aussi bien toléré le dîner. Il n'y avait pas de cuisine indienne qui ne m'avait pas goûté. Toutes super propre Extrêmement belle avec l'oeil de la ganga le personnel était si gentil et si attentif, je me sentais vraiment comme dans une famille la réunion de Mme Baby était toujours amicale tous les jours et il était vraiment très agréable même dans La réception que vous nous avez fournie avec toutes les questions est un service absolu et je suis si reconnaissant d'être ici et aussi l'essence que j'ai super communiquée.
