Hand a great experience at the hotel… Staff was friendly and food was delicious. Hawaiian pizza is second to none… The authentic Nicaraguan food and natural juices were amazing. The days in Rivas are hot so having powerful ACs in the room helped provide comfort. The pool provides just enough sun and enough shade when needed. Location is the key as you are close by to venture off whichever activity or trip you have in mind…

5 out of 5. What can you really ask for? Nice rooms, spacious areas, and delicious food. Omg the juices and pizza were amazing and the breakfast was also amazing. Recommend melon juice and cacao juice, French toast and hash browns, and the PIZZA 🍕!

Very clean and beautiful place. The staff, including the manager, Fabian, went above and beyond for us as we left our bag at the front desk when we checked out and he took it to Cargotrans and had them deliver it to us.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise (as was Rivas). Right on the main square, it is really pleasant and upscale (for me, at least). The photo here is accurate--a pool cuts through the narrow lobby. Rooms are clean with high ceilings. Staff was very friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast (though you will pay for additional items beyond the basic menu). Walk out on the roof (second floor, to the front). As a historian, I have to point out that the area right in front of you was the scene of a fierce battle, mainly between Costa Ricans and William Walker's filibustering Americans, in the 1850s. The townsfolk are very pleasant here, because they do not see that many foreigners or tourists. A better stay to be had at this hotel and town--in my evaluation--than in San Juan del Sur (which is just a 30-minute bus ride away).

Desde que pones un pie en el hotel, la belleza arquitectónica del lugar te deja con la boca abierta, es como transport**** a otra época. La atención y servicio al cliente es impecable y la habitaciones además de ser muy cómodas, se encuentran super super limpias. No hay un aspecto de este hotel y la estadía que no sea una maravilla. Esperamos volver muy pronto.
