Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Monti was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. Casandra was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

The hotel is very dirty with lots of maintenance issues. The toilet ran all night. When asked to get it fixed, came back to yellow liquid substance all over the closed lid. Manager was nice and changed our room. However, the new room did not have a tv remote, light bulbs in lamps beside of bed and extremely dirty. Does not live up to Marriott standards.

The reception and breakfast personnel were polite and efficient. However, the hotel was kind of scuffed up and tired looking. It really needed a deep clean and to be repainted. The furniture in the room was warn. Although there were two of us, we were only provided one coffee packet in the room. Breakfast was ok, though the bananas were turning black.

People are very nice e each and every one of them they get you everything you need and they are on top of there cleaning they always keep the lobby and all the things clean all the time I will definitely come back here

Front desk is not friendly. If you are on a FaceTime call, at least don’t bring them to the check in area with you. And please don’t offer me a dirty glass and then say “but you can clean it”. Take a pass. Fairfield is in front and looks more modern.

We chose this hotel because of the breakfast option, until we saw roaches in our rooms. It's also extremely dated. Pictures of the rooms are not true. The pull out bed is right in front of the king size bed, say goodbye to any walking space. The two beds literally touches. If you're not a germaphobe & don't mind house keeping never showing up... go for it! I do not recommend. I just wish the pictures showed the reality of the room. Rooms smelt "lived in" not clean!! Toilet barely flushed. The pool didn't even have water in it. It's Spring time!!!!

I chose this property (and encouraged a few of the other parents from our team) when we were in town for a sport tournament. I regretted it immediately, and the parents were quick to let me know they hated the property as well. My first room (yes, I had to change rooms) smelled of smoke, had a visibly broken microwave and a toilet that had clearly not been cleaned. My second room smelled better and was clean, but it was still poorly maintained. Areas of patched paint were not smooth and obvious. My kid could do a better job of painting. I hated the two nights I was there, and on the last morning I saw a bug in the bathroom. So glad I didn't see it before. The few pros about my stay: great location - near target, restaurants and about a ten minute drive from the sports center large refrigerator plenty of free parking friendly staff If I have to go back to Rock Hill next year, I will avoid this property.

The room was nice, but the bed was beyond uncomftrable. It was not firm, and it was not soft. It was the most uncomftrable bed I have ever slept on. The room was nice besides that, the breakfast in the morning was good. I also had the house keeper randomly walk in as I was getting dressed, so that was not ideal.

We chose to stay at TownePlace Suites after being told by family living in Rock Hill that it was the only hotel in Rock Hill that had kitchenettes (which was our main priority, to save us eating out all the time). We were there for 8 nights. The pros: 1) Staff were awesome. They were ALL very friendly and helpful and didn't hesitate to assist us where needed. The staff were the best thing about our visit. 2) Room was quite spacious with plenty of storage areas, including a big walk-in closet. 3) Full-size fridge/freezer. 4) Good wi-fi connections. 5) Nice TV. 6) And my favourite thing....the high-pressure shower! Lovely! The cons: 1) Room stayed too warm, regardless of what we set the A/C on 2) No oven. We had a stove-top and a microwave, but really needed an oven. 3) Way too few dishes, utensils and cooking pots/pans, etc. 4) Bed linens need to be upgraded. Our pillows were far too soft, and the comforter was lumpy and cumbersome due to the filling moving around to the edges/corners/etc. 5) Rooms are in dire need of general upgrades and decorating. 6) Breakfast needs to offer more fresh fruit.
