I was in town for a basketball tournament with my son. The sign stated you can check in at 2pm got there at 1:45 no one at the front desk called hotel finally a lady with an attitude came up and stated that’s only during the week I see you back at 3pm. I came back around 3:45 again no one at the front desk go around the corner another rude lady at the computer said she will be with you shortly. Front desk personnel came out check me in and stated she was going to give me an updated room because they were remodeling and they needed to charge my card an extra 50. I did see the renovations being done so I agreed. Why did I agree it was blood on the curtains and roaches all in the bathroom. The thing that made me right this review is the attitude of the employees and lack of care and concern about your guest that is spending their money. Do not go to this establishment it’s not worth even a 1.00.

Roaches,mold,leaky toliet,owner is rude, dont clean rooms, holes in stain in bedding,wifi lags and slow, pool and fitness center closed. Not good breakfast options and roaches in the breakfast area. There was only 2 nice staff members.

The hallway to the room was littered with garbage. The smell was disgusting and paint was all over the walls and carpets. The worst was when I opened the door to my room. As soon as the lights came on bugs were running across the floor. The floor hadn’t been clean, dirt was around the dressers and night stand. Someone’s dog toy was left on the floor . DISGUSTING!!

This is undoubtedly the worst experience we have ever had when traveling. If I could give it a zero in all areas I would but I wanted to make sure that it registered accurately .We were assigned a room for a small pet but it honestly was so subpar we didn’t even feel we wanted our dog there let alone being able to sleep that night. Hallway to the room was being renovated but it looked more like demolished and should have been avoided. The room did not appear clean, the bedsheets were steamed and ripped. There was no remote, smoke alarm was broken, no towels/tissues, the curtains were falling off the rod, the lampshades were stained, crushed, and broken. The doors to the parking lot would not stay shut which is a safety issue. The lobby appeared dingy in the staff were unfriendly and apathetic. We will not be staying at anything sponsored by Wyndham resorts again.

Bathroom looked like it was not cleaned had cockroaches in the room was there maybe 40 minutes lady said no other room was available head manager said I was there for over 2 hours what a pitiful show I even showed her the cockroaches and bedbugs and she just said ewe

Run away...run....stinky, no breakfast , coffee machine and juice machine both broken. No water offered. No pastries. Nothing. Charged me double for pet fee. Said $10 on front desk. Clerk said oh no, now 20. Sign at front desk actually says "you have 30 minutes to check room and come back for a refund". WOW. No coffee in room either. Hallway smells as did my fridge that was not plugged in. STAY AWAY!!!!

Clean it up kill the bugs up grade your handicap room with a commode you can get on and off of atleast paint and get new carpet the desk clerk was the best thing you had very little breakfast items place needs help

They advertise lounge, there is none. Hallway carpet is filthy and smells. No remote for tv’s. Do not stay in this dump! Ramada Wyndham should be ashamed of being associated with this motel. The only motel I’ve been to where the have a sign giving you 1/2 hr to decide if your going to stay or not!
