GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

CChristian SteinertHidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

IInvitéAvec ses amis, le service de la réception de la porte, Zhou Ying, est très en place pendant deux jours. Il est temps de pluie à son arrivée, et il aide à prendre les bagages de la voiture. Chaque petit déjeuner, je me souviens que nous avons peur de perdre notre temps de repas, de prendre les enfants et de sortir beaucoup, je me sens comme des amis. Chaque fois que je vois, je vous saluerai. Si vous avez besoin de laisser le robot arriver à la porte de la chambre, c'est très pratique et très atmosphérique! Si vous allez la prochaine fois, vous continuerez à rester!!

IInvitéL'expérience de séjour dans l'hôtel Nanshan dans le Silicon Valley est extrêmement bonne! Merci particulièrement aux ménages, non seulement pour la mise à niveau gratuite du type de chambre, mais aussi pour nous avoir emballé un pâte à l'après-midi pour une excursion pratique. L'hôtel est riche en activités, la chaleur de Berlin est super guéri, et vous pouvez également expériencer le plaisir de la poule de poulet et Le photographe pris le jour suivant est vraiment trop professionnel. Le processus est en train de guider les mouvements. Le film original est très bon. L'atmosphère des photos prises est pleine, trop surprenante! Chaque membre du personnel de l'hôtel est particulièrement enthousiaste, il est particulièrement enthousiaste de traiter les enfants, le service est soigneusement attentif, l'environnement est propre, c'est une excellente option de relaxation du week-end, fortement recommandé!

IInvité與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。

環境：周邊環境很好，四面環山，空氣很清新。位置靠近天目湖御水温泉和南山竹海，走幾步路就到了非常方便。從溧陽車站到酒店打車衹需半小時，也有公交可以做，交通也比較方便。
