Passpartout Boutique Palace

Every person on staff (including owner and daughter) was so pleasant and welcoming with a smile. We arrived a day late due to flight issues and it was as though they were equally disappointed we were late and just as happy we arrived. Escorted to the room which held an anniversary surprise. Bed and all amenities were very comfortable. Restaurant was one of our best dining experiences in Rome. complimentary breakfast was loaded with choices including multiple fresh baked breads and cakes which the cutest little bakery chef came with a proud smile and described them to us. Multiple cheeses, eggs, fruit and even caprese available with juices, cappucino or choice of there. Our evening meal(s) matched any we had in town. if you want a change, there are multiple restaurants (alfresco option) and shopsalong the same street blocked off for pedestrian only, making it quieter at night.

My wife and I have just returned from enjoying a fabulous few days in Rome staying at this terrific hotel. First time visitors to Rome for my wife and I ....Fabulous place and we absolutely loved our stay! All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.On late arrival we were offered warm smiles and a welcoming expresso. Praise and gratitude to each and every friendly member of the staff who throughout our stay made us feel special guests. A big thank you to Marvin,Maristelle and Giaccamo and all the team. Rooms made daily and are immaculate. A huge thank you to the excellent lovely cleaners, they clearly take enormous pride in their work. The room was perfect for us ,fridge, great shower and bed was very comfortable and supportive. We were on the street side and it is not noisy late at night. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the area that we enjoyed but hotel's restaurant is clearly up there with the best. Excellent choice and thoroughly delicious food served with outstanding service. The restaurant team took great pride looking after us and answered any of our questions about the menu with knowledge and seeming a pride and passion for their food and wine. Thanks again to Maristella and Giaccamo. The location was perfect for walking to every sight that we visited. The Vatican is literally at the end of the cobbled pedestrianised street. The MUST do "Hop on Hop off bus" ticket kiosk is 7 mins walk across the bridge over the river and across from the Castle. We always use these buses to get about the sights and to get our bearings for the rest of the trips. Great Hotel, staff , location and city. We are keen experienced travellers and would highly recommend Passpourtout Palace hotel to anyone visiting the wonderful historic city.

Nice rooms in historical building steps away from the Vatican. Awesome location! Very nicely decorated and fitted .. unfortunately not well noise isolated .. and smelling restaurant odors .. breakfast ok but empty very quickly .. restaurant staff not very attentive

Veramente una bellissima struttura e tenuta benissimo. Camere pulitissime e arredate con molto gusto. Struttura comoda per raggiungere San Pietro, vicina qlla matropolina. Location in una strada che offre parecchi ristoranti. Molto soddisfatta.

Albergo bellissimo, confortevole e a pochi passi da San Pietro. Le camere sono nuove, ben curate e accoglienti. Il personale è gentilissimo, le colazioni spettacolari. Consigliata anche la cucina, con portate selezionate e di alta qualità.

Si trova a breve distanza dal Vaticano. La struttura è nel complesso ben tenuta. Le camere sono pulite e sobriamente arredate; da migliorare l’insonorizzazione. A disposizione degli ospiti: bollitore e frigobar. Colazione a buffet discreta sia con riferimento alla quantità che qualità; molto buone le girelle. Al piano strada l’hotel dispone di piacevole cortile interno con tavolini e di ristorante aperto anche al pubblico. Personale cortese e molto disponibile.

Sehr gute Lage . Freundliches Personal und ein sehr sympathischer Eigentümer. Nur zu empfehlen!! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, bei der Abreise haben wir einen Ring im Zimmer vergessen. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr zeitnah gemeldet, so dass wir den Ring noch vor dem Abflug abholen konnten. Bravo!!
