Localisation parfaite, nous avons tout fait à pieds. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Filippo a organisé notre arrivée et nous a attendu dans la soirée. La literie est confortable, la chambre est propre et la décoration harmonieuse. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte, ça évite le gaspillage. Pas de bruit la nuit depuis la route. Je recommande !

Boutique hôtel très bien placé, proche de Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona entre autres, il y a des bons restaurants dans les alentours (y compris celui de l'hôtel). Nous étions dans un bâtiment annexe juste à côté du principal ou il y a la réception, j'ai beaucoup aimé la déco même si je trouve que pour être une chambre "deluxe" la notre n'était pas très grande. Elle donnait sur l'arrière cour donc pas de bruits de rue à part qu'on entendait les bruits de la salle de bain du voisin. Ceci dit nous avons quand même bien dormi, le lit est confortable, mais la penderie est un peu petite si vous restez 6 jours comme nous. On nous à donné deux petites bouteilles d'eau par jour ce qui est très appréciable. Tout est beau et neuf, l'hôtel étant vraiment récent. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible et prêt à vous donner de bons conseils.

Nous avons passés 2 nuits au Tree Charme. Super emplacement et rapport qualité prix plutôt honorable. À 800m de la fontaine de Trevi et maximum 20min à pied du Colisée, parfait pour un séjour de visites et découvertes. Nous avons été surclassé, chambre spacieuse, bien décorée et literie confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant, nous expliquant les alentours du quartier. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour la tranquillité de la ville aussi malgré un quartier populaire et bien desservi en terme de restaurants et bars. Petit-: l'isolation phonique entre les chambres mais rien de bien grave.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, il est très bien placé nous avons pu quasiment tout faire à pied sauf le Vatican qui est à 35 min de marche, les bagages ont été monter en chambre lors de notre arrivée et le personnel a été très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel niveau qualité prix et emplacement !! Cependant j’avais réservé une suite junior qui n’était clairement pas très grande mais ce n’est qu’un détail comparer au reste, c’est pour cela que je n’est mis que 4 étoiles

Les serveurs Italiens ont fait l’effort de nous parler en français pour faciliter la communication. De plus, la rencontre d’une de Serveuse bordelaise, à faciliter l’appréciation des lieux. Quant à la nourriture, les petits déjeuners étaient assez copieux, quelques choix présents, et pour les repas, nous n’y avons mangé qu’une fois et c’était super bon!

L’hôtel est charmant, la chambre très belle et le personnel professionnel. La localisation de l’hôtel permet de visiter les principaux monuments de Rome à pied, c’est une excellent emplacement. Mais …. 3 nuits passées, 3 nuits où nous avons très mal dormis. L’insonorisation de notre chambre est extrêmement faible, si vous avez le sommeil léger ou si vous chercher une chambre où l’on peut dormir sans problème ce ne sera pas le bon endroit. On entend les voisins parler comme s’il était dans la même pièce, les chasses d’eau des toilettes et les portes claquent dans tout les sens, les bruits de pas qui causent des vibrations allant jusqu’à vous faire trembler le lit c’est insupportable…

Initially I was a little disappointed with the place when I got there. The entrance wasn’t anything enchanting and the reception area was also a small desk adjoining the main gate in their eating area. The hotel had claimed it had a lift but that was from the first floor upwards. To get to the first floor, there was a huge flight of steps. However, as I stayed on, the place grew on me. The staff was helpful on all occasions .. arranging a cab, carrying my suitcase up & then down again the steps, guiding me with the info I asked them for. The room was a decent size and well furnished. Though what I saw in the pictures whilst booking isn’t the room I got. Never the less it was very comfortable. The food was quite tasty. A little over priced I felt but then I guess, you pay for the location which was great. I walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & the Pantheon.

I made a nonrefundable booking and, within 24 hours, I fell ill and attempted to cancel. The hotel didn't care; they insisted on FULL penalty even though my room reservation was only active for less than 24 hours. If you think there is a 1% chance any of the following might happen to you: 1) Illness, 2) Death in your family, 3) Canceled flight, Etc, you should not book at this hotel. They are not compassionate people and so "Un-Italian". I think they must really be struggling financially....they are looking to make money any way they can, so be very cautious. Beware travelers!!!! I've attached a screenshot of my conversation with the hotel. They literally don't care about anything other than capturing that room fee.....they could care less about you! I had no probably obtaining full refund from United Airlines and the other hotels in my Italian itinerary. Better to book directly with a major US brand like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton.

A really lovely hotel in an excellent location. It was super clean and nicely finished. A lot of work has been put into the hotel and it puts you right in the centre of Rome. There are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby and the hotel itself has a small little eatery and bar too. My only criticism was the room was a lot smaller than it looked in the image. I am glad we opted for a balcony room or it would have been too small.

Everything was exceptional! Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Great location, within walking distance from the main attractions. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Easy and fast check in/out. Loved the small balcony in our room! Highly recommend

The nightly room rate and hotel layout. For the nightly room rate to not have breakfast included is crazy, we stayed at a previous property only 5mins away and it was significantly cheaper and so much better. The room we were allocated for a family of 4 was very dark and flooring had so many levels, there were steps everywhere. Many times we had stubbed toes or someone tripped up, particularly at night when the lights are off and needing to get to the bathroom. Access to the hotel rooms are separate to the hotel reception you need venture back out onto the street and take a separate entrance. There’s also no lift, so unless you manage to acquire the help of a staff member it’s quite the hike up stairs with large suitcases. The hotel reception is tiny, barely existent and located in the restaurant, which is run by a separate company to that of the hotel which makes things a little confusing. Staff level of friendliness and helpfulness inconsistent, varied from great to very average. Some nights were louder than others could hear other guests opening and closing doors.

We were two couples visiting for a weekend break. Arrived evening! The “reception” was a high desk in the corner of smelly and dirty restaurant.! We were given two rooms and were told by a really rude receptionist that we were upgraded! A few seconds later the same man knocked at our room, we opened and he took our luggage saying he had made a mistake. He drove us to another room to another building, to a room three times smaller the one we were originally given and a window overlooking a service skylight!!! We complained, asked for the manager……nothing!!!! We left for another hotel. They kept our payment and did not refund anything!!! Not even the city tax!! WE STRONGLY RECOMENDE FOR GUESTS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE MOT CREDIBLE!!

Very nice boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Nice showers. Very responsive staff - they were so helpful and kind! Breakfast included with our rooms - eggs, assorted sweets, fruit cup, toast, sausage, and beverages. We walked to all major sites and restaurants. They also arranged airport transfers for us. Would recommend this place if you like to walk and want to see the sights, or take a cab or other transportation for sightseeing.

I bumped my rating up purely because of the lovely staff, the attention to cleanliness and the incredible location of the hotel. It is misleading, though, to call this a “luxury” experience or suite. The photos look great but the reality is that while clean, the room is furnished sparsely with old, cheap furniture and relatively few amenities. The bed was comfortable and the linens were exceptionally nice. The bathroom was tiny, as expected (shower only) but offered what’s needed. Daily maid service was definitely a plus. Would I go back? Probably, if the price was right and with the appropriate expectations.
