The hotel location, staff and the service is amazing in my opinion. But the breakfast selections is awful, not many western options. Especially for 5 start Marriott Group. Maybe it’s a Chinese things as I had similar experience in some other cities.

Ski town was within walking distance and they have excellent customer service who booked all my activities including transport arrangement!

I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel. The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room.

Hotel is conveniently located in Wanda international resort and we can walk to the ski centre in just a few minutes. Service is personalised and we have a dedicated staff to help us with restaurants and attractions booking. Room is clean and functional, though a bit dated. However, as this is not a smoke free hotel, there is cigarette smell at the corridor and sometimes inside our non-smoking room.

Checkin is troublesome, location is bad… no amenities, need to take shuttle to ski and hot spring…. better off booking Hyatt or Jin… North slope Crowne Plaza is much better in service…. Breakfast variety and quality is average too

Honestly an amazing hotel. Great service and very helpful staff. It’s an old hotel but they’ve maintained it well. Highly recommended for a week worth of snow activities. Hotel also provide booking services beyond skiing/snowboarding like ice fishing. Only downside is that it’s a bit far away from the ski field entrance.

Clean, friendly, buffet is good. Easy to access with Sky pass provided. A one of the good choices if stay in the ski village.

we are a foreign family travels for 2 days in this hotel. this is very nice hotel with Lucia’s great & kind service for us. we really appreciate this hotel’s living condition and would love to live in here next time when we come to travel again. 我们是一家外籍家庭，2天度假期间在本酒店入住。酒店前台Lucia为我们提供了优质友好的服务，我们非常喜欢这家酒店的住宿。下次来旅行时，我们仍倾向于选择这家酒店入住。

Great hotel, directly next to the skiing slopes. Breakfast and service also excellent. I would come again and can recommend it.
