Hotel Ferrarese

Pas de petit déjeuner. Il y a cinq euros de plus pour utiliser le climatiseur, ce qui est bizarre. Les sacs poubelles n’ont pas été changés, seuls les déchets qu’ils contenaient ont été jetés. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, déçu. Il y a trois hôtels dans un seul bâtiment, ce qui est sûr et pratique.

This 2 star hotel is located near the train station. It is located in a large historic building, Via Principe Amedeo 76. There are several 2 star hotels in this building, each one on a different floor. Our room was on the 4th floor but the reception and breakfast room were on the 2nd? floor. I was with my elderly mother but fortunately there is an old antique elevator and so the stairs were not an issue for us although I can imagine that in high season it could be a problem because only two people at a time can fit into it. The room was basic, quite small but very clean. There was a small TV, fridge and free WiFi. The beds were comfortable but I didn't sleep very well because the city was noisy! A continental breakfast is included and I was pleasantly surprised that it was good and satisfying. They offer a selection of freshly baked Italian brioches, cereal, bread, jam, butter, coffee and juice. We ordered cappuccino and juice twice and we did not have to pay extra. The young staff working in the breakfast room were extremely polite and accommodating. In the morning, I asked the receptionist if she could order a taxi for us which she gladly did and it arrived after 1 minute! Although some would consider any area near the station as not being safe, I did not have this feeling because Via Principe Amedeo is lined with budget hotels and hostels and so it's a very lively area full of tourists. It was also very convenient because there are several Roman trattorias nearby. We dined in the one next to our hotel, Ristorante Elettra and we had a lovely dinner. I recommend booking the room directly on their website because it is cheaper than other booking sites.

1. When i came there i asked fir a reduce for 3 euros of the city tax. The recepcionist girl promised me to pay 35 euros a night instead of 38. When i came back in the afternoon to check in, the tecepcionist man refused for this reduce and was very rood to me. He even called to his coleage from the morning that lied which she said she didn't agree for this discount. Finally i stayed there for a night which i got another room instead the one i was promised to get. Small, old, crowed, ugly view and stinky! 2. In the morning there was a normal breakfast but they limited to only on corason per person. When i started talking to that recepcionist girl about her promise and her lie, she involved the man that probably was a superviser in that time. When i said to him about to reduce that wasn't respected, he started scream on me and even became angry on me for the alcogel i used which leaked down in case little bit on the table. He was very rood man, and then when i checked out, he started again screaming on me and cursed me in italian. I cursed him back, and when i left downstairs with all my luggage he ran away after me and tried to attsck me! While he called me "bastardo" (bastared) and screamed also go away. I hope poeple will read my experience there and won't come there.

We arrived to the hotel and a receptions named Elena greeted us. She was wonderful. Elena was very nice and pleasant to us. Our room was not ready because we had arrived at 11am. Which its understandable. But, she was nice enough to store our luggages in a secure location where we can go and start exploring the city of Rome. She had informed us that the room would be ready at 2pm. So we left and came back at that time and the room was ready. The room is pretty small and the bathroom was even smaller. It was three of us but we handle it with no problems. The room we had was very quiet and dark. The wifi worked just fine in the room. The breakfast is ok. I do recommend this hotel for a few days or less. The location is great if you are using the train. If your lucky to be greeted by Elena even better.

Goede locatie, overal dichtbij. We hebben alle bezienswaardigheden te voet bezocht. Treinstation om de hoek. Een goed ontbijt, prima kamer om te overnachten.

Já conhecia. O hotel fornece o básico e de forma espartana: cama, lençóis e toalhas branquissimos, indispensáveis a uma boa hospedagem. Quarto (muito) pequeno, situado em um anexo do prédio principal. Café da manhã modesto mas que cumpre com a sua finalidade. A proprietária é muito simpática assim como o staff durante o café!

Nel prenotare e nel valutare bisogna tenere presente che si sta scegliendo un due stelle. È situato a due minuti da Termini, quindi ideale per chi deve prendere un terno in orari poco comodi. La zona, nelle ore notturne è malfamata, questo è risaputo, ma non è addebitabile all’hotel. La struttura in sé risulta antiquata essendo collocata in un antico palazzo, ed è divisa su due piani differenti. L’ascensore è presente e funzionante, ma è poco spazioso e abbastanza lento. Camera (al primo piano) adeguatamente ampia per una sola persona, pulizia sufficiente, dotata di condizionatore e finestra con affaccio all’interno. La vicinanza alla sala colazione e le pareti poco spesse possono essere un elemento di disturbo al riposo. Bagno accettabile, con bidet e doccia, ma che mostra inevitabilmente i segni del tempo. La colazione è basica, viene servita in una sala non molto capiente. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e accogliente sia all’arrivo che alla ripartenza. In definitiva, se c’è bisogno di stare in zona Termini e serve una camera essenzialmente per pernottare a costi non esagerati è una soluzione che può essere presa in considerazione.

Per me 2 stelle sono troppe,mancanza di bide pur essendo a Roma in italia e una cosa assurda odore sgradevole nelle camere si salva solo la colazione al mattino ma bisogna fare presto perche i tavoli sono nella reception e quindi ce poco spazio xhi orima arriva meglio alloggia P Me e meglio desistere

Ottimo soggiorno, direi che ha superato le nostre aspettative! Vale 🏅🏅🏅🏅 !!! Ottima posizione in centro storico (3 minuti) vicino alla stazione Termini e alla Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Offre una vasta gamma di servizi: # reception 24h; # camere molto ampie arredamento classico porta valigia, scrivania ....mi ha stupito il profumo di pulito non solo il primo giorno ma tutti i giorni, oltre il cambio asciugamani frequente, anche quello delle lenzuola. In una settimana ben tre volte e questo servizio viene eseguito da un Hotel🏅🏅🏅 🏅 Aria condizionata, frigo bar, televisione, rete internet , bagno grande con asciugacapelli doccia, bidè. ....dimenticavo c'è anche la cassaforte e l' entrata alle camere è blindata! Questo mi ha dato sicurezza e tranquillità. Il personale ha la divisa è molto disponibile e ti accoglie nelle due salette per la colazione. Dopo un dolce risveglio un'atmosfera intima per la colazione di tipo classico abbondante e servita dal dolce al salato. I titolari Sig.Lorenzo e moglie sono molto gentili, disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta sempre presenti.!!!! Credo che la valutazione di questo hotel vada rivista merita più stelle, in quanto è situato in centro storico, la struttura esterna e molto caratteristica e anche la cancellata dell' ingresso che porta al cortiletto e poi all'acceso al hotel è molto bella tipica di una Roma passata ...le scale in marmo e la ringhiera ancora originali da museo...e un comodo ascensore naturalmente......T ante volte facevo la scala per guardare fuori dalla finestra . ...mi sembrava di essere in un film!!!! Torneremo ancora a Roma e decisamente qui all' Hotel Ferrarese sperando che tutto rimanga come abbiamo trovato!! Grazie per averci regalato un atmosfera di altri tempi con tutti i confort .....vi prego non cambiate la specchiera antica nel corridoio al 4 piano è stupenda!!! Dimenticavo che il soggiorno in questo Hotel ha un prezzo strepitoso low cost !🍀Grazie e arrivederci. Hotel Ferrarese🏅🏅🏅🏅
