Avis : Best Western Ars Hotel

Pas très pratique pour se déplacer depuis le centre. Tout est bon, y compris le petit-déjeuner. 👍 Recommandé.

Dès l'instant où nous sommes arrivés, le réceptionniste/réceptionniste était extrêmement poli et accueillant. la chambre était confortable, propre et spacieuse !

Il y avait un vieil homme à la réception qui fournissait un service médiocre. Le réseau dans la chambre était médiocre et il n'y avait pratiquement pas d'Internet. La chambre était petite et les installations étaient vieilles.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait pour moi. Je pourrais prendre le métro pour prendre le bus directement vers toutes les attractions touristiques. Moins de personnel est très chaleureux ; le petit déjeuner est fantastique. Vous pourrez déguster du café italien. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tout le monde.

Un peu vieillot mais le nettoyage de la chambre est bon. Seul bémol : impossible d'allumer la climatisation

Very nice quiet place and convenient to take public transportation to most tourist visiting places in city centre. Super markets and restaurants are within minutes walk. Hotel staff are nice and breakfast with the price is fantastic.

It bills itself as a 4 star hotel, but it is lucky to be a 3 star. The location is not close to downtown, or the airport. The beds are terrible, and extremely stiff and uncomfortable!! The shower was tiny, no working refrigerator, and the AC only worked part of the time!

The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel): The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔 This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what. It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent! I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems & needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞 Ricardo

La posizione ottima, il centro e la stazione Termini sono facilmente raggiungibili coi mezzi pubblici. La colazione abbastanza ricca, il personale gentilissimo. Ci tornerei decisamente

設施：設施還算比較齊全 環境：很安靜，因為都不算在羅馬市區了，但是很對得住這個價格，距離地鐵站走十分鐘不到就到了。 服務：早餐還挺不錯的，前台也很熱情

房間在意大利酒店裡不算小，但廁所特別小，淋浴間剛夠轉身。酒店在一個大斜坡上，離地鐵和公交站大概都要走10分鐘，不建議坐地鐵來，因為地鐵要經過一個很高的樓梯，爬的很累。前台挺好的，有問題都能解決，早餐可以選擇的東西有點少但味道都不錯

Hotel a 5 minuti dalla fermata del bus anche se posizionato in salita che può risultare un po’ difficile se si è a piedi e con bagagli. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Stanza un po’ piccola ma ben arredata e attrezzata. Bagno molto bello anche se il box doccia era un po’ angusto. Anche la colazione a buffet ottima.
