lovely little find in the centre of Rome, not 5 minutes from Termini. Don't let the exterior fool you, once up the steps into the apartment it was a different world. The communication was excellent, we were met at the door when we got there early, our room was ready before midday. friendly welcome and well stocked room. Saying that this is a room in an old building in the centre of a busy area in Rome. Despite us seeing them cleaning all the time there was still a layer of dust everywhere and our feet were dirty after walking around the room. The room was on the front of the building facing the Main Street which was noisy. Anyone who has been to Rome knows that there are sirens all day and night and to add to the noise, when we returned at 11pm the road was being resurfaced outside !! There is little soundproofing in the rooms so they are noisy. Despite that, the Air con worked well and the bathrooms were lovely with modern fittings and a nice rainforest shower, the beds were ok even if the pillows were rock hard. Coffee facilities were in the room and fresh towels, free toiletries and hairdryer. Wifi was also available. We had a small balcony but no seats to sit out and it was so noisy we wouldn't have anyway. They allowed us to leave our bags at the property on the last day to allow us to walk around which was nice. The property is up a number of flights of stairs or there is the tiniest lift from yesteryear available :) only one of us could fit in the lift with bags. Would use them again as the room was in a great position and a great price, lovely people and comfortable.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Termini, very convenient. On a 2nd floor of a building. This area is better, cleaner and quieter than other areas around the station. Few restaurants are right there by the door. You must call rhem 10-15 minutes before you arrive regardless of time or whether you sent an email specifying arrival time, or the door will be locked with nobody there. Room is very clean and spacious bathroom, some closet space. Wifi in-room is bad, you must come out to hallway to use it. But I got a local sim card next day, cheap and delves all internet issues. I will stay here again.

Appartamento super accogliente! Sono stata due giorni con il mio ragazzo e che dire la stanza era curata nei minimi dettagli,super comoda, Paola e il ragazzo super disponibili sia a livello di allestimento che per i bagagli… se dovessi ritornare a Roma ritornerei sicuramente qui!

Siamo state a Roma 4 giorni e 3 notti, abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento. Ho faticato a trovare un posto pulito,vicino al centro a buon prezzo e questa volta sono stata molto fortunata, ha superato le mie aspettative. Non mi aspettavo che la camera fosse pulita ogni giorno come in un hotel , la biancheria cambiata ogni giorno, con il rifacimento letto. Tutto ha superato le mie aspettative. Consiglio questo posto a chiunque , la proprietaria gentilissima è disponibile. Se un giorno dovessi tornare a Roma soggiornerei senza dubbio qui.

Posizione ottima, e due passi a piedi dalla stazione termini, siamo giunti a mezzanotte circa, ma non abbiamo trovato alcuna difficolta con il self check-in, visto le chiare e semplici indicazioni forniteci dalla struttura. Appartamento nuovo, moderno, molto bello, camera altrettanto bella, grande, molto pulita, doccia spaziosa, letto king size comodissimo, e tanti cuscini. Ottima comunicazione con la struttura, che si preoccupa di fornire tutte le informazioni utili ai clienti, grazie in particolare modo a Paola, anche per gli ottimi consigli, a presto.
