Noora never fails to go above and beyond every time we touch base, never fails to accommodate us fully and provides excellent customer service. Towels needed no problem toilet roll no problem parking info. Absolutely anything needed ask Noora. We stay in a variety of travelodge locations Inc Barking Becton Dagenham Ilford etc and would recommend any travelodge to family and friends.

Le groupe Accor devrait pour son image se désolidariser avec ce type d’hébergeur: Un hôtel… je ne sais pas si le mot est approprié!!! on devrait être rémunéré pour y séjourner et malgré cela je n’y mettrai plus les pieds Depuis l’entrée on sent une odeur nauséabonde, une impression que tout est moisie et camouflé mais l’hygiène ici passe clairement au second plan et ce malgré le Covid 19 et leur soit disant « safety measures… » Chambres jamais faites même en cas de demande expresse à l’accueil et au personnel housekeeping, on n’est plus client lorsque nos demandes sont ignorées. aucun nettoyage de fond ce qui implique cheveux bouts de gâteaux sachet contenant des produits illicites détritus retrouvés sous le matelas du lit en hauteur. Un cafard se balade dans la salle de bain, les odeurs remontant dans les étages sont vraiment à vomir un mélange de pourri, et d’odeurs que je n’avait jamais senties de ma vie. Nous avons pris des photos et les avons montrés à la réceptionniste pas étonnée et qui s’excuse même pas en plus. Ici, c’est paye et a tais toi on ne fera aucun effort de plus, à pendre ou à laisser alors pour ceux qui souhaitent si aventurer honnêtement pour ce prix en plus (80€/nuit) ne sacrifiez pas votre santé. Il y a beaucoup mieux a ce prix là et surtout beaucoup plus propre. Cet hôtel )du groupe Accor en plus) devrait fermer ses portes pour insalubrité. Nous y sommes allés en famille, c’est notre pire expérience dans un hôtel. Shame on you!!!!

La chambre était très froide, avec les meilleurs efforts, le radiateur ne pouvait pas garder la chambre complètement chaude.

I stayed here 2 nights for an event in London. I arrived early evening and had no problem parking. The staff were friendly and professional, my room was spacious, clean and had the basic amenities I needed. The location was great, having just a 5 min walk to the station one side and a fantastic walk along the Thames and to an RSPB nature park the other. The exterior of the hotel could do with a lift (couldn't we all!) but what small business has been in a situation recently to spend money on anything but the strictly necessary..? I slept well and I would stay again.

La chambre est grande, mais le climatisation centrale ne peut pas se régler seul. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les achats à proximité sont également très pratique. Il appartient à l'hôtel Wan Hoojiang, en général, pas très bon.

Je suis venu pour une nuit et c'était juste aussi bon que je me souviens. À midi, il n'était pas très occupé, donc le parc de voiture était calme. J'ai mangé au Beefeater sur la route. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et gratuit. J'ai pris un sac à chien pour plus tard. Le café était terrible, je dois dire, à partir d'une de ces machines terribles.

I had a bit of trepidation after reading some of the reviews on here, but I needn't have worried. We needed to stay a night in Bexley as we were attending a party. The bigger hotels were a bit of a way out of the centre, and this one was ideal for the railway station. Anyway, it's a quirky little place and was clearly once a pub, so it's a listed building with lots of funny little architectural quirks. The owner met us when we arrived and sorted out our keys and gave us information about local eateries where they offer discount for guests. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Our room was super clean and well appointed. Two thin pillows and two thick pillows which really pleased us as we have very different pillow needs! A king size bed (very comfortable), tea and coffee facilities, toiletries and a lovely hot shower. We were overlooking the High Street, but as we didn't get back until 2am, we certainly weren't bothered by any noise, and there was no noise on the Sunday morning when we woke up. Check out was simple and we dropped our keys in the box before leaving. We have recommended this hotel to friends who may need to stay in the area, and we will certainly use it again.

Was intrepid at first with little info on the hotel, however no need to be at all, lovely little hotel right down the road from Brands Hatch. Ample parking, was greeted by everyone very politely shown to our room and the room was very adequate. First off it had probably the best AC I’ve ever know , we accidentally left it on as we slept and woke up in the middle of the night and it was like a fridge. The room was clean, had a nice smart flat screen tv. Plenty of plugs and light switches in both sides of the bed and a nice strong powerful shower. The sink was a bit cramped to the toilet and we was only provided on set of towels but that was no issue we just asked for more at reception and they was apologetic and left some in our room as we enjoyed the adjoining Indian Restaurant, and it’s a must. The home made naan was fantastic. And the food in general was lovely. Will certainly be returning when we are down that way. Thank you.
