Rams Head Inn

Great ski lodge a short walk from the Red base lodge. Great overall vibe. This is what ski lodges are supposed to be. Not for those looking for a generic hotel experience. Loved the common area, fireplace, and the sauna. Room was basic but did the job.

Had the most amazing stay during Rossland Winterfest. Incredible host, breakfast, soft bed, sauna, drinks out back at the "saloon" with the amazing host, Martin. Walking distance to the hill and the Josie. An incredible time, we will be back!!

This multi level, many rooms B&B is full of character and for our 5 night stay, lovely guests ranging from couples like us, to families, to singles. Our walk to the slopes was extremely easy. The entrance room to leave skis then walk into a furnished basement with a pool table where boots dried each night was perfect. The living area where a fulfilling buffet breakfast is laid out includes a comfy couch and chairs and a beautiful fire each morning and evening. One night we brought pizza back and watched old Warren Miller ski movies with other guests. Up another level where most rooms are, ours was cozy in size so my morning yoga was in the walk-in basement and to myself less a curious cat. But the dressers was sufficient and a bar size fridge and private bath is a plus for us. Bed was quite comfortable. Hot water for showers. The place was quiet each evening by 10pm latest. Hot tub and sauna- what more do you need? The Host, Martin, is pleasant and ensures his guests are content. He even builds fires outside which the young families enjoyed.
