The family room we had booked was not that good. Not properly clean. Bathroom had lot of stains and stinky. We asked to change the bed linen and they changed it politely but eventually then the bee wasn’t comfortable. Hotel ginger is a better of option in the vicinity at the same price. However food is good.

Property was good rooms were neat & clean. Hotel staff was very supportive & the hotel is nearby the market area easy to commute.

Room were not cleaned and in bad condition. Broken ceiling and walls and dirty bad sheets and table n all.

1. When i reached the hotel, i could get any parking. I had to park my car far away from the hotel. 2. The hotel smells very bad. 3. The bed sheet was dirty. 4. I had dinner at the hotel and the next morning i had food poisoning also. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Location is very good near to bus station. Rooms are cleaned, well hygiene maintained. Room service also is good.

Services were poor, room service behaviour is not appropriate. Small things like dental kits are not provided, bed sheets were dirty. Room service dinners experience is not good as food was cold. Buffet breakfast is also cold, on complain it was heated. Quality of buffet is average.
