Je pense que le restaurant Food Exchange est un peu trop petit pour la taille de l'hôtel. Le nouveau restaurant Heritage, d'autre part, est étonnant. Service at check-in is good, friendly. The cleanliness of the room is ok, what needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the linen which is very lacking, it would be better if it was kept clean and there were no spots. For parking fees, it should be made free because parking fees will be multiplied if guests often leave the hotel and come back to rest, info from the front office, that free parking tickets are only obtained according to the number of nights we stay, even then we have to inform the front office by showing a parking ticket. I also forgot to show it to the front office, the hotel can cooperate with parking management services, maybe by showing a room card you can park for free

The room I give rate 3 - arrived at the room , smell , floor dirty , bed sheets got stain, towels looks old- this place need more more more maintenance. Sofa skin is rough, the linen colour old, door balcony is unsafe, fridge dirty and not clean (stain and hair under the freezer) 🙈🙈. The electric sockets most of them is loose. Breakfast not much choices (the veggies doesn’t look fresh)- the price is way too much for 4 nights stay at family room (which is far away from the expectation and smelly) the photos is completely not same in real room. I really disappointed and the price way too much (family room). I hope the hotel management fix that problem or don’t sell that room. Thank you 🙏
