Hôtels avec parking à Dakota du Nord, États-Unis

L'hôtel était en pleine construction et personne ne l'a abordé. Personne ne l'a dit, désolé pour la désordre ou l'interruption. À un moment, les lits étaient totalement vibrateurs du travail qui était fait. Puis, le toilette a été clos. Nous avons appelé et ils ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de gars de maintenance en service mais ils m'ont apporté un piston ... Même quand le blocage a été réglé, le toilette ne s'écoulerait pas correctement. La fille au bureau de front a dit qu'elle pouvait demander au gars de la porte de l'autre côté de venir ou que nous pouvions changer de chambre. Le gars est venu et a pu corriger la question de la toilette, et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes avec elle. La piscine était si froide les enfants étaient en quelques minutes mais ne pouvaient pas rester parce que l'eau était si froide et le chlore était si élevé qu'il brûlait les yeux pour être juste dans la chambre. Nous avons pu manger assez de petit déjeuner demain pour nous satisfaire, mais il a été encore entravé par la construction dans le lobby. Le Holiday Inn Express n'est pas un mauvais endroit et est probablement mieux quand tout fonctionne, mais nous n'avons pas été le destinataire de ce type de séjour.

We ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

Le bureau était très aimable et m'a même souhaité un bon anniversaire ! Très gentil, même pensait qu'il y avait des rénovations dans la zone de petit déjeuner, il était toujours propre et calme.

L'hôtel était fantastique depuis le moment où je me suis promené à la porte. L'hôtel a tout le jour de café frais, un petit magasin à vendre dans notre chambre et nous avons pu briller propre sans une bouteille de poussière (nous étaient Courtesey de Yvonne). L'hôtel était très calme, le personnel était très aimable, gentil et utile quand nous avons dû réserver une seconde nuit inattendue en raison de mauvaises conditions climatiques. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next to us had a very inconsiderate person in it. He had his tv on quite loud. It was hard to hear our TV. This continued throughout the entire night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 am to ask if they could do anything about it. She said all she could do was to try and call the room. This obviously didn't work as the sound was on alll through the night and was still on when we left at 8:00 am. I talked to the front desk and all she said was that she was very sorry about it. Very frustrating!

I enjoyed getting out of town for the day, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and the tv was nice but there were a few issues. The bathtub in room 211 had mold growing; I had requested to be given a room on the upper floor. The pool was not able to be used right away because they had just put in chemicals…why not do this right after 11:00 when everyone has checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel fair but the $12.99 price tag was a bit steep. It was nice to eat off of real plates and utensils.

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

The location to the hospital was a plus, the design of the room was excellent, upscale. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the only issue was they installed a tv box and the remote wasnt working, so stuck on one channel. the fridge wouldnt shut, so it kept drinks warm. could use a night light. thank you for your friendliness and the continental breakfast, and emenities.

The service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves. Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.  The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.
