Stayed 3 nites here and can’t speak highly enough of the hotel & the staff. The hotel is so clean everywhere & has got everything you need. Rooms big & really comfortable, plus one of the best showers I’ve ever had. The bar & restaurant areas are great with a superb choice of drinks and food, we ate and drank here every day. But the thing that stands out are the staff, they can’t do enough for everyone who stays & they make everyone feel like home from home! Special mention for Ethan, Gavin & Sammy who were absolutely brilliant!! Keep up the great work everyone and see you soon.

La piscine était très froide, nous avons passé moins de 5 minutes dans l'eau c'était très décevant. (Je ne peux pas commenter les autres équipements du spa car les problèmes de covid-19 étaient fermés) Le petit déjeuner était excellent et l'espacement des sièges était bon, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise et en sécurité. Le restaurant du soir était trop éclairé et se sentait très mal à l'aise, pas le cadre de soirée aimable auquel nous nous attendions (peut-être notre propre problème), mais nous avons commandé le dîner dans la chambre et avons été très satisfaits de l'arrivée rapide de notre nourriture et de la qualité. Très bien situé et super cadre, je le recommanderais et revisiterais en été.

Grande localisation. Ample sur le site parking de voiture. Une piscine extérieure chauffée. OK en besoin de quelques entretiens mais juste si bienvenue. Ouvrez tôt à tard. Très utile personnel. Les chambres sont confortables avec toutes les fonctionnalités habituelles. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Seuls deux côtés. Premièrement, l'absence d'un salon résidentiel - oui, vous pouvez utiliser la zone du bar, mais c'est moins que confortable. Ensuite, si l'hôtel propose un dîner les weekdays, le menu limité est fixé pour le mois et, franchement, le choix est faible. Les pubs qui offrent de bonnes cuisines ont été touchés, de sorte que à cette époque de l'année il y a beaucoup de demande.

Je donnerais cinq étoiles mais pour une chose que je viendrai aussi. C'est un grand arrêt pour quand je voyage de longues voyages pour atteindre cette zone de Cornwall. J'ai visité la famille pendant un jour et plutôt que de rentrer chez moi, il est resté ici une nuit. La chambre était grande, propre et tranquille. La salle de bain était sans spot et j'avais un grand sommeil nocturne. Le personnel de l'entrée à l'entrée étaient merveilleux et utiles. J'avais dîné et il était bon et livré chaud. J'avais aussi petit déjeuner. Mais tant le dîner que le petit déjeuner, bien que bon, n'avait pas assez ce que vous obtenez quand vous séjournez à Premier Inn. Cependant, la plus grande question pour moi est que vous devez payer pour parker. Cela devrait être renoncé. Je veux dire comment vous devriez y arriver. Il n'est peut-être pas l'hôtel à charge, mais il est pure grée.

Très propre mais juste dépassée. 3 serviettes entre 2 adultes. Le sol de la salle de bain était aigu et inégal. Le lit était assez confortable mais pas de façon à être une taille royale comme annoncé. Trousses en couvercle. Le service de la pub est très agréable et très aimable et le chef était alergène. A la fin, il est juste honteux que certains autres n'aient pas su comment fermer tranquillement leurs portes.
