For our first visit to St Morritz we had chosen the grand hotel for its comfort and world-renowned service, we had received a very nice welcome as if we were vips, our room was large and bathed in light, excellent bedding, a beautiful bathroom and a very beautiful view, every morning the breakfast was varied and so delicious, perfect for spend a vitaminized day, at the end of the day we had appointments at the spa for high quality massages with sumptuous creams, it was a perfect stay

J’ai cherché les points négatifs à mentionner au sujet de mon séjour. Il m’est impossible d’en trouver lorsque je considère le confort de la chambre, le service impeccable des employés et l’excellente cuisine de l’hôtel. Les conditions de ski étaient respectables malgré un hiver moins généreux en termes de quantité de neige. Le soleil a nettement compensé pour rendre le ski très agréable. Je tiens à souligner le service exceptionnelle de Cornelius, Massimo et Christina. Je vous recommande d’en faire l’expérience! Michel Canada

I truly enjoyed my stay. Hotel is located in the outskirts of StMoritz, just next to the city swimming pool and a bus stop. It is silent and has great mountain views. Staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was modern and comfy, with lots of closet space. The only downside was a shower curtain which did not prevent bathroom from being flooded. Breakfast was really nice with many a la carte options. You can park a car in front of the hotel free of charge. Room included a pass for the bus and cable cars in the neighbourhood, which was a great asset. I would definitely like to come back there.

Trop satisfait et c'est absolument le choix du rapport coût-efficacité de Saint-Moritz. Saint-Moritz est un petit hôtel au centre-ville. Le gare descend à la gare quand l'hôtel téléphonera immédiatement pour le prendre. Bien que non loin, je suis fatigué de prendre les bagages. La décoration historique de cent ans est antique et le restaurant est très beau petit-déjeuner riche. Il y a aussi une piscine et une sauna pour profiter. Bien que la chambre soit petite, il y a une machine à café. Le balcon voit le paysage du lac de l'angle. La réception présente enthousiastement la route de la voiture. Le rapport coût/prix de cette maison est trop élevé par rapport aux autres cinq étoiles. Le prix du ski est double en hiver

Hôtel difficile à noter ...car un seul et unique point négatif, mais malheureusement de taille: notre chambre était située juste au-dessus de leur boulangerie intégrée dans l'hôtel, ce qui fait que le bruit intense et incessant de 1 heure du matin jusqu'à 7 heure nous a tout simplement empêché dormir.... donc pas terrible pour notre expérience dans cet établissement. Sinon, tout est élégant et très fonctionnel, notre chambre et salle de bain petites mais très bien agencées, très belle décoration, petit déjeuner impeccable et hôtel très bien situé à l'entrée de St Moritz au bord d'une belle rivière, avec parking gratuit juste devant. Vraiment dommage d'intégrer un laboratoire de boulangerie juste sous des chambres d'hôtel, mauvais calcul pour un établissement qui a tout pour satisfaire sinon :(

Pendant de longues années, j’ai pensé qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul hôtel véritablement exceptionnel au monde, le Plaza Athenee à Paris. C’est en effet LA référence sur tous les points et la qualité d’un service tout à fait unique. Quand on arrive au Plaza on a l’impression d’arriver chez soi et encore mieux que chez soi ! Cette semaine j’ai découvert le Suvretta a Saint-Moritz et je sais maintenant qu’il y a au moins deux hôtels de cette classe tout à fait unique dans le monde. Au Suvretta tout est beau, confortable, agréable et bon… on n’a même plus envie d’en sortir... La décoration est magnifique, renouvelée, l’ambiance douce et feutrée, la cuisine exceptionnelle et le service de la plus grande qualité. Gentillesse d’un personnel hautement qualifié et toujours souriant, attentions personnalisées et continuelles et ambiance chaleureuse. J’aurais du découvrir cette maison plus tôt..

My wife and I stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022. The service and accommodations were some of the finest we have ever experienced. The hotel is near the train station overlooking Lake St. Moritz on the eastern part of the town. The hotel is elegant and relatively smaller than some of the other properties with 60 rooms, but still with a grand design. We booked using the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was ultimately the nicest of our entire trip in Switzerland. All of the furnishings were modern and the bathroom was spacious consistent with a five-star property. The room was on a high floor overlooking Lake St. Moritz where later in the week we attended the White Turf horse racing. We were addressed by name the entire stay and were treated by the staff as valued guests. In particular, the concierge provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond expected services helping us to obtain our previously purchased ski passes (requiring a special trip to the train station) and arranging frequent house-car transportation (and back) to the town center, various other hotel/restaurants, and the principal ski lift. The included breakfast buffet was pleasant and comprehensive with different breads and the ability to order eggs or other hot dishes directly from the kitchen. We rented ski equipment from the hotel's Ski Service. The spa and exercise facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool, hot tub, and steam room after a long day of skiing. There are absolutely no weaknesses to this property if you are seeking first-class luxury accommodations. My wife and I dined one evening at the Michelin 2-Star Da Vittorio restaurant. If I had known earlier, I would have purchased our ski passes at the hotel (same price as internet). Taxis are expensive: take advantage of the complimentary house car(s). Skiing St. Moritz is an experience of a lifetime. I hope to return to my new friends at Carlton Hotel.
