Notre chambre spacieuse et claire avec un balcon donnait sur le front de mer! Vue magnifique ! Un excellent séjour ! Personnel d'une grande gentillesse toujours prêt à vous aider. Petit déjeuner excellent avec le personnel toujours sympathique pour vous conseiller. Le plus c'est de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la grande terrasse ! Le top! Parking dans l'hôtel avec utilisation facile. De bons souvenirs de cet hôtel que nous conseillons dans problème. Le resto voisin est pratique sympa et bon. En revanche les taxis de Salerno sont trop chers . Éviter de les utiliser.

hotel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles ! service de petit déjeuner totalement inadapté pour les groupes car il n'y a pas de machines à café automatiques et il faut faut faute une longue queue pour se daure servir par des employées complètement débordées ! à éviter donc pour des groupes de touristes. tant que cet hôtel n'investira pas dans du matériel adapté !

The whole family enjoyed our stay here. The service was superb and the room was nice and comfortable, Located on the beach with an excellent restaurant next door. Staff were do lovely and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality we hope to return one day.

We selected a suite with a sea view and it did not disappoint. The room was spotless, spacious with a nice balcony which was great for watching the sunset. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of nice cakes and pastries and eggs, bacon, or as staff called it, an American breakfast. We drove the 45 minutes to Paestum to view the ruins and instead of driving on, we went back for a second night’s stay. The staff immediately recognized us when we walked in.

This Hotel was great! I was in a tour group, and of the 8 hotels we stayed at, this one was the BEST! All was clean, breakfast was great and the sea view was amazing! I kinda wanted to stay here and not go anywhere else! Thank you staff for the great service!

The Poli Nautica experience ranks amongst my best hotel stays ever & The one I will be coming back to again and again and again! From the enquiry conversations with Simona, to the booking, arrival, stay and continuous beautifull breakfast and overall service. Sara was always prsent in the breakfast alongside her brilliant team serving the most magnificent breakfast and coffees to order - Good ones at that. Enjoying it with tje view of the Amalfi coast ever present, also from my Balcony above where the red sunset repeats itself every day. The hotel is literally on waters edge with great restaurants and real people in the area. Oh did I forget to mention tje 1,5-2 miles bewly sanded veach starting next door. Polo Nautica and the whole experience was just; AMAZING!

I stayed here as part of a group for 12 nights. If I were to return I would want a room like I had - sea meow with a balcony. The rooms were super clean with excellent air conditioning. The staff were fabulous and did everything they could to make our experience special. Some of the rooms close to the restaurant next door found it a little noisy. Breakfast was great with excellent barista service and after a few days the staff started to learn our coffee preferences. This hotel is NOT in the historical area of Salerno and it is some distance from the port for trips to the Amalfi Coast. However there is a reliable bus and metro system; fairly priced taxis and a lovely walking option. The views make up for the distance. The restaurant next door is very good. There is no laundry service but a very good lavandaria 5 minutes walk away.

We arrived late on a Saturday night, traffic everywhere, went to reception and...... the staff were amazingly helpful with the car park and checkin. Room with a balcony, sensational views back to the main harbor. The room was spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful with booking restaurants and other necessities of travel (laundromat). Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

We arrived Wednesday July 5th and all the staff looked really nice. The hotel is nice even if I was expecting an equipped beach of the hotel, on the contrary there was a public and free beach nearby. The staying was good except for my son that got sick with a very bad cough, he was coughing so much that one of the client that had a room close to ours complain to the front desk. The next day I decided to go back home, and ask if we could meet half way for a partial refund in order not to be charged fully for the other three nights paid in advance but that I was not able to do for medical issues. The reception at the front desk said that the staying was already paid and that she would have asked to the director, but she has never got back to me. I bet they probably found someone else to stay in that room given the high season, so I was hoping for at least a partial refund , but nothing came from their side, making the experience kind of disappointing. The location is far from the ferries and all the major venues.
