NO Smoking in or around home (including patios). Smoking will result in possible cancellation of reservation and an additional cleaning FEE of $250 for the cost of smoke remediation. Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you take care of the home with the same grace you would your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action and remedy ASAP.
