** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.
- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you please.
- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay.
