Small but clean room.

its really a terrible experience as am traveling across the states. it has a dual standard of service. as if you are unlucky to choose this hotel,you are done,and will be nuts when you are arranged to a room what is a mess or a room close to the laundry room,oh,the laundry room is not for guest,its for the hotel to laundry all its linens.just use dryer but no sanitizer,what horrible it is.and you will enjoy the breeze of the machine from night to morning otherwise you are getting up earlier than the machines wakes up but I thought you wont pay for a room that cant sleep for a sweet morning.

nice place to get away in mission bay if you're traveling with your dog. a short drive from beautiful parks and areas to enjoy the bay.

Good place to stay. Decent amenities and breakfast.

The view was really pretty, the room was super small and so was the parking spaces too

I had not such a real relaxing time.I had been put in a hall way where the noise of anything in this area that was or happen the go through was very loud and noises from all around me were heard, upstairs the people possibly on back of room people from side of me and even laundry.I had been woken up with real loud steeping and jumping from the second floor.Ive never experienced being caught in this from hotels I stay and it will be my last.I don't recommend you let the front people put you somewhere strange in the hotel ask for second floor.By the way I really stay on higher floors then second I don't know why I was fogged about the front desk person convincing me that the room was special.Oh I know because she said she upgraded me to a room with two beds,which I think I had already requested anyway I'll think twice about this place.But if I'm in dire straight I'll neen the second floor please.

在美國這個價格住到這樣的酒店，衹能説是很正常的房間乾淨就可以了，如果對早餐特別有要求，那就去住貴的酒店，如果對早餐要求並不高，衹是填飽肚子其實也就夠了看了其他的評價説這個酒店早餐簡陋，其實很簡單，住貴的酒店自然早餐就豐盛一點，這個酒店如果單純是親子旅遊，圖個安靜，快捷簡單，足夠了，六百多一晚，馬路對面就是holiday inn，但是價格也要貴個一兩百塊就看大家自己想要什麼了，個人覺得住了美國比較多的酒店，這個還算性價比相對較高的房間不大，但是很乾凈，唯獨美容不足，就是洗手間透氣性相對較差，所以洗完澡一般會開開，房門，通通風其他的都還好

SureStay By Best Western San Diego Pacific Beach酒店的體驗讓我感到非常失望。首先，紅頭髮的前台人員的服務態度非常不友好，讓人感到不受歡迎。這一點給我留下了極為不愉快的第一印象。 進入房間後，更是讓我大失所望。房間裏散發著一股異味，讓人無法忍受。這種異味讓我非常不舒服，讓整個住宿體驗變得非常糟糕。 由於這糟糕的體驗，我原本計劃在第二天就提前退房，但是酒店卻不允許提前離店。這讓我感到非常不滿，因為明顯酒店沒有提供我期望的服務。 最終，我衹能與攜程交涉，才成功退了一晚的房費。這個過程也比較繁瑣，但是好在攜程還算沒有讓我失望。 唯一值得稱讚的是早餐。雖然早餐非常簡單，但是服務人員的態度非常友好，這點讓我感到欣慰。 總之，SureStay By Best Western San Diego Pacific Beach酒店的不友好前台服務、房間異味以及不靈活的退房政策讓我對這家酒店的體驗感到非常失望。我不會再選擇入住這家酒店，也不會向其他人推薦。希望酒店能夠改進他們的服務質量，以提供更好的住宿體驗。 搞不懂這家怎麼可以在tripadvisor上拿到4顆星，我看google map評價衹有3.4分。看來後者更可靠。

名字叫的很高端，沒想到是汽車旅館，三層的簡易樓，隔音特別差，樓上走動聲非常大，要是睡眠質量差些，不建議住。但是房間都很新。所以比較乾淨。早餐能吃，填飽肚子吧。

距海洋公園很近，靠近高速，去哪都

房間黴味嚴重，不知道是哪裡散發出來的味道。就是馬路旁邊的小旅館。真心不值。工作人員態度可以，可惜語言不通，不能交流換房。

設施，衞生，服務與酒店星級匹配，中規中矩。酒店隔壁有一個7-11便利店，買點零食及礦泉水等物品，非常便捷。

交通便利，停車🅿️免費，早餐可口。房間衞生狀況，差異很大，高層的房間可能更整潔。對於意見反饋，響應及時調換房間。
