Comfortable bed, lovely a**osphere, nice common room. Overall a great first hostel experience. Bring $2 in cash for a towel. If you need to do laundry you'll want coins. Otherwise everything was easy, I was able to pay more for a card by using my credit card. Plenty of kind and happy people, wonderful stay.

I really recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay in a quiet and clean space and also with the possibility to be next to the beach and enjoy this one. There are many things to do around. The manager Bruno could not be better he’s always making of this place comfortable for everybody.

Loved the vibe, good place to get rest, and get to know both locals and travellers. The breakfast in the mornings was a highlight, good coffee, great staff. I loved the location as well, I would go again!

It was a amazing stay in quite type of a hostel, the staff was very kind and personal. The location is close to the Pacific beach and offers a good access to town by bus, small restaurants even for breakfast, and bike rentals.

The best Hostel I've been. CLEAN, FRIENDLY, SAFE. Definitely I recommend for everyone that needs a place to stay in SD. They have quite hours, brekie, free towels

This was my first hostel experience and I absolutely loved it! The staff is amazing and so genuinely kind, the whole house is spotless, the bed was VERY comfortable, and the beach is half of a block away!! I already plan to go back there once a year to meet up with friends I met there. I loved it!

Once I arrived I was greeted with an aggressive receptionist who provided very little help. He showed very little respect and was very hot headed. It was clear that he was having intimate relations with the guests. He would continuously storm into the room without knocking. One time catching myself unaware and exposed. I would think he would’ve left me get changed but he stood there and I had to ask him to give me some privacy. Definitely would never stay here again. VERY CREEPY.

I really enjoyed my stay at ITH Mission Beach. It is a very homely hostel with an incredible location. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful at all times. They make the place even more special and super welcoming. I'm going to recommend it to my family and friends and hope to come back soon.
