Great hotel with nice views both day and night. The concept is a little different (no front desk) but this didn't impact the stay at all.

We had a great time visiting San Francisco and staying at The Hotel Castro. There fast check-in process made it very easy get in and start our mini vacay. The hotel nice, comfortable beds with a great view of the Castro area. The other good thing was all the great food and bar options i the area. I would definitely stay at The Hotel Castro again!!!!

Fun decor and coziest bed ever. love that they thought of all the details and even had a steamer in the closet. There is a water station to refill bottles in the lobby and Nespresso coffee in the room. The bar in front of the hotel has great margaritas too!!

Hotel Castro was the perfect stay for our time in San Francisco. The location is in the heart of the lively Castro neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. The hotel itself sits above a great cocktail bar -- rest assured the rooms must be sound proof as you cannot hear the bar from your unit! Our unit was very clean with a large comfortable king bed, pull out couch, full bathroom, two televisions, and a small veranda. Like most hotels in a city, the unit is rather small but we didn't come to SF to sit in our hotel room! The check in/check out was seamless given Kasa's tech approach. There's no onsite concierge, but none was needed - We would definitely stay at Hotel Castro in the future!

Cute little room in a perfect Cadtro location. Easy walking to restaurants, bars, and Muni. We liked the Nespresso coffee in the room, 2 free drinks at the first floor Lobby Bar, and the nice views from the rooftop patio. Good communication 24/7 with the remote staff.

The Hotel Castro is amazing. I live down the street but need a getaway from time to time. It's perfect for me. Access is easy. Location is great. The rooms are beautiful and equipped. The property is very quiet. I can easily work from there - great internet speed. And though a boutique hotel it feels more private residence.

I had a lovely stay. The room maximized space and had everything I needed. I enjoyed having the extra sitting room space with the sofa. My room was very quiet and the building felt safe and secured. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location in Castro was perfect for my needs and easy acces to MUNI and great food options near by.

Great place. Great people. Really enjoyed my stay. Little lobby bar downstairs was nice and the bartenders super friendly. Right in the heart of the Castro so you can walk to just about anything or take muni downtown.

Last minute need for local hotel due to construction in apar**ent; surprisingly excellent hotel! very nice and super clean. In the heart of the Castro - walking distance to bars and and restaurants including their own within the hotel.
