Hôtel très sale, moisissures dans la salle bains, déchets éparpillés devant l'entrée, pas de Wifi, pas de cuisinette, pas de coin salon, chambre "de luxe" est une vraie farce ! Le Personnel aucunement à l'écoute.

Un accueil au top, le personnel est charmant et le restaurant excellent. Le décor très chouette, une petite cour sous les palmiers, une jolie piscine, je recommande les yeux fermés. Le rapport qualité prix est très bien. Je n ai pas testé l hôtel mais j ai vu les chambres et elles sont parfaites.

This property is a dump and unsafe, and it has been converted to a homeless shelter but still sells rooms to unsuspecting tourists. DO NOT STAY HERE! Stains, dust, black mold, hostile staff, freezing cold rooms with only a single blanket and rock-hard pillows, a non-working shower, old bedsheets adorning the ratty lobby furniture, and the whole place smells of tobacco and pot. I fled after six sleepless hours. It's also untrue that there is free airport shuttle service, and I ended up paying $68 RT for a cab. They demand an extra $100 on a credit card for potential "damage", which was laughable considering all the damage I found in my miserable room. REPEAT: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

I got this email: Dear Guest: INNsight is just the hotel website operator so we have no control over bookings, but we have received word that the Arena Hotel has been closed and sold to be transitioned into alternative housing, therefore they have canceled all future bookings. We recommend rebooking your stay in the area as an alternative. We stayed at this hotel back in 2017. One of the attractions was that it was a short walking distance away from the SAP arena where we were watching the competition. The hotel at that time was comfortable, offered a breakfast buffet in the mornings, and had hospitable personnel. We came back to this hotel in January, 2023, and discovered how the hotel has deteriorated— elevator is not working, no buffet breakfast, and generally a very worn look. We met a fellow customer who said to us that the hotel may have been in the process of being converted to a homeless shelter. We looked this up and found out it was true. That accounted for why the owners are obviously not putting money into basic upgrades.

Great location, comfortable beds, customer service is the best, and the rooms even come with a jacuzzi. Really would come back any time. My car had easy parking, there's a mini fridge in the room, and a heatet too. It's close to downtown and the freeways too. Thanks !

Nothing special, but the room was clean and quiet. Good deal for that area. I would stay there again. We just were there one night. Comfortable bed. Had a coffee maker and frig in room. It just had the basics. It did have some covered parking.

Canceled my room and gave it away for a higher price while I was standing in line to check in. Booked a room almost a month a month in advance. I showed up from out of town early. I asked if I could check in early. I wanted to park my car and go explore, also wanted to make sure all the paperwork was done for when the room was ready. I was told by the front desk, "No." Okay well I know my room isn't available but let get the paperwork done. "No." Dead stare. No explanation. I've never had such uncommunicative and bad service at a hotel. I came back at 5pm and waited in line with about 30-40 people to finally check in. Everyone around me was there for a concert and were trying to get into their room in time to get ready to go to the concert. People were doing their hair in the lobby as there was one guy at the desk. I waited for an hour and half in line and when i got was about the 3rd person the desk guy gets on the phone and stares at me while talking. I get to the front desk and I spell my name for him and he instantly tells me I have no room. I get out my phone to verify the reservation and i see i got an email about 15-20 minutes before i got up to him cancelling my reservation. He did say they tried to charge my card, which had been stolen, canceled, and replaced since I booked the room. I tried to give him the replacement or a new card, no. You're room is gone. There were 20 people behind me. How could my room be gone when they literally canceled minutes before i got to the desk. I've never been to a hotel where they verify your card before you check in. All this could have been avoided if they had let me check in at 2pm when i got there. How was I supposed to know someone would steal my card info? the guy was an **** about it.

Haven't received my deposit back yet and my credit card company haven't either... travelled so far just to be robbed £82.24... not happy at all give me my money... air con was stuffy and hot wifi kept dropping out just terrible not worth the price..

Dirty, rude staff, peeling paint and dirty furniture, no security and doors open all night with no staff. It’s not safe, not clean, not pleasant, all around miserable. On top of it all, the online price was $79 but they charged me $120!

This hotel is a dump. It smells the moment you enter the room. It is totally run down. It feels like you are in a Motel-6! The shower didn't work properly. We had a problem with the service too. If you ask for a room service, they charge $25.00. When we went to ask for towels only, they gave us one towel only, even though we were 3 people staying there. It was ridiculous! The bed and especially pillows were very uncomfortable. My neck hurt for 2 days. The pillows are not flat, they had a huge lump on one side. The pillow felt like a round rock, it was terrible. The walls and the carpet are filthy. We had more than enough after our 2-night stay there and were glad to leave. Wish they would value their customers, by keeping a decent room and decent service there.

I'm shocked at the price difference between this hotel and many of the newer ones nearby, most which only offer communal hot tubs and no bath tubs in their rooms. The location of the Arena is excellent. You can walk/stumble to or transit to everything. Lots of nice places to walk nearby. The rooms were clean enough. The jacuzzi tub had some stain marks, and there were imperfections and blemishes from a room that's probably older then we are. But it was clean and comfortable, and having a private jacuzzi tub at this price is amazing. Every room at this hotel has private jacuzzi tubs in their bathroom. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Each room has its own heat pump/AC with a digital thermostat that worked perfectly and quickly, going up to 80 degs when we wanted to get sweaty! Unfortunately. the ice machine in the hallway was out of service. Not super sterile rooms, but clean enough and an unbelievable value for the price.

The check-in process at this hotel is horrible. We arrived around 2:45p and went to check in. We were told that check in was at 4pm but if we wanted a room now it would a $50 charge for early check-in. As we sat in the lobby waiting for our friends, at least four other guests showed up asking to check in & walked away from the front desk after being told they had to wait until 4p. My friend showed up & asked them if they could register him and he would come back at 4p to get the key. They agreed. (Isn’t that what most hotels do if rooms aren’t ready?! ) I went to the front desk to do the same. When we got back at 4pm, the line was at least 8 parties long with one young lady checking everyone in. Completely ridiculous! They would rather stick to their $50 early check-in (even one hour early) and inconvenience guests rather than allowing people in if rooms are available. Greedy! As for the hotel & room - the hotel is very close to the SAP which is the reason for our stay. There was a shady looking guy wandering around the parking lot. Parking is free which is a great perk! We had a room on the 3rd floor. The room was big, well lit, looked like it was remodeled and it was clean. The bathroom however was not remodeled. The wallpaper was peeling. Overall, if this hotel rate was anywhere in the vicinity of the other hotels in the area, I’d pick somewhere else. However, I happened to get a great rate so I picked this place. Their greedy check-in practice is shady & because of that, I’d probably stay elsewhere in the future. But, if you plan on arriving after 5p, this place could work for you.
