酒店门前有小河，在沙漠中是难得亮点，离主街也很近，去那里都方便。 公用地方有小泳池，白天干热时泡泡也不错。 酒店有wifi, 但訊号比较弱，入住后兩天wifi更坏了，不过，来这种城市这种情況应该是意料之中，告訴自己不能影响心情！ 房间設备比較简单，沙漠，不能強求。 前台及服务人员基本不懂英文，要耐心沟通。 酒店经理很幫忙，百忙之中幫手訂购去机场的巴士票！总的来說，是比较滿意的一次入住体验。

This hotel is run by people who have never been to any other hotel it seems. Payment is upfront, even though booking was covered by credit card. Even worse: the owner tried to scam us by trying to add an extra 'local tax' of 19% to the rates they offered via *********** It was only after us having to call *********** he came back to say that 'he was mistaken and we would not have to pay the extra 19% on top. Unfortunately his memory is very short as we noticed that guests coming after us were again charged an extra 19%. So this was certainly not an honest mistake! Beware of this if you decide to go there. The rooms are spartan, no heating, no TV, empty fridge, no water and no amenities to speak of. At night this means the room is very cold and the only option is to take a warm shower and hit the bed. Blankets and bed are good. Breakfast: 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of salami and some sugary paste are put on your table. The fresh fruit and the eggs were excellent. We found it weird that the breakfast only starts at 8am, while most tours for Atacama desert leave from there between 7am and 8am. They prepared a small bag for us, but still... It would make a lot more sense to change these opening hours. Wifi is very spotty at best. Knowledge of English is non-existent, so brush up on your Spanish. All in all, bad service, not really friendly and below all standards for the rates you pay. And trying to scam us really soured the entire mood from the start.

We booked this hotel through a package and we were extremely pleased. The hotel is reached by crossing a small bridge over a canal after entering the property. The hotel is decorated with many indigenous pieces and has a courtyard with shady spaces set aside for relaxing and a small pool for cooling off. The rooms are nice and spacious and all have a refrigerator for placing water and snacks in. Yes it is rustic but it is clean and comfortable. By far the best part were the wonderful people working there. Our Spanish is very limited but we used google translate and had no problems. The kind gentleman allowed us to check in early as we had arrived from the airport a few hours prior to check in but had a tour booked for the afternoon. The breakfast was simple but healthy and plentiful. Each day we were asked if we wanted eggs. The hotel was always willing to help us in any way. They pointed out the area for us to change money and the store right across the street where we were able to stock up on water. Everyone was so helpful. We had a very positive experience here. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

Localizaçao muito boa, pertinho da rua principal ( Caracoles) funcionarios muito atenciosos e simpaticos, quartos amplos, bom para familias. Ponto desfavoravel é o café da manhã que é muito fraco, mas a maioria dos passeios tem café da manha. Se faz questao de café da manha estilo hotel bem caprichado, não é uma opçao…..

Cuando decidimos ir a San Pedro de Atacama, la idea era optar por una estadía acorde al lugar, quizá acostumbrados a la hoteleria clásica. El lugar está a la entrada de San Pedro de Atacama y optamos por éste, principalmente porque había lugares que aunque tenían mejores calificaciones, también asumian que el ruido nocturno empañaba la estadía. Se trata de un hostal cómodo, cercano, sin mayores garantías, adecuado a lo que buscábamos (tranquilidad, silencio, descanso). Pieza completa, baño privado, closet y espacios adecuados. No cuenta con TV, lo cual lo hace más tranquilo y cómodo, especialmente por las noches. Cuenta con una pequeña piscina que sirve para refresc****, además está rodeado de sillones para descansar post almuerzo o para disfrutar de la noche. Atención personalizada de Johnny (dueño) que te ayuda frente a solicitudes que se requiera. Desayuno buffet completo para el tipo de estadía. Wifi impecable, sin intermitencias. Supermercado al frente del hostal. Quedamos muy conformes a lo elegido y lo volveríamos a elegir si hubiese una nueva visita.

Equipe extremamente cordial, comunicação em Português suuuuper tranquila, quarto confortável, estrutura aconchegante, a poucos passos de tudo! Fomos muito bem recebidos em especial pelo Tuco 🐱e pelo Caco 🐶 Se houver oportunidade em regressar ao destino, certamente me hospedarei novamente no hotel

Hotel com a simplicidade do Atacama, mas confortável e acolhedor. Quarto confortável, banho excelente, café da manhã bem razoável, mas seus dois pontos fortes são a localização (bem próximo ao centro) e a simpatia dos atendentes. Gostei!

Hotel com ótima localização, muito próximo da rua principal, permitindo realizar tudo a pé. Atendimento cordial e todos são simpáticos. Fácil comunicação em português. Possui um bom café da manhã (pães, ovos mexidos, café coado, frutas...) e quando saímos antes devido aos passeios, deixaram um kit com lanches no dia anterior. Sempre disponível na recepção café e chá também. Quartos espaçosos, com frigobar, sabonete e shampoo líquidos também.

Un lugar increíble, acogedor buena atención de parte del personal sobre todo de Jhony quien fue quien nos recibió. Un lugar demasiado lindo para el descanso, habitación cómoda y limpia. Comprometidos con el bienestar. Volvería mil veces a este lugar tan grato y de descanso! Su jardin es hermoso y muy bien ambientado!
