Worst experience ever. I reserved a junior suite. It was right next to the elevator. Loud! Room was hot. Air con not working. Went downstairs to change the room and they refused. Asked to talk to the manager. Refused. Asked to move to another hotel and refund money. Refused. Nightmare. Don’t stay here!

Clean hotel & staff very nice! Was in town for business for one night and was able to have a clean and restful experience at this hotel. The pool area is lovely now that the renovations are complete. There is an outdoor bar and comfortable seating around the pool. The staff is always incredibly professional at the hotel and restaurant. They work really hard to ensure you have a nice stay. If you’re looking for a quick and clean stay in San Pedro Sula, I would recommend this hotel! Happy travels!

After 2 days travelling, I arrived at approximately 3 am at the hotel. Check in was fast. I went to my room, unpacked, and when I adjusted the air conditioning in my room I noticed it was not working. I called front desk and they sent a maintenance person to my room who did not solve the problem. So now, I was extremely exhausted and in a sauna. Completely disgraceful experience. Did not sleep. Left after 4 hours. Nobody cared. Never again!

Worthless!! Horrible!!!!!! Ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed in the Presidential Suite for my honeymoon. American Express booked the room for me. The hotel was informed that this was my honeymoon. There was nothing in my room to welcome my wife and I for our honeymoon. The minibar was empty. There was only one robe in the closet. There was no doorman when I arrived and when I left the hotel. I ordered a steak for dinner. I was told we do not have any steak. I called for room service and was told the menu is on the TV. I checked here was none. I called to the front desk and the sent a person to check and she confirmed there was no menu on the TV. She said she would bring me a menu. We waited 15 minutes for her to return. We ordered the exact same breakfast both mornings and on the second morning the breakfast was different. I called the main hotel number to explain all of this. They offered the following compensation - you can join our hotel club and we will give you 20,000 points for a free night. I told her i don't want to join your club. I called the hotel manager and explained everything. She offered me nothing. Later that day I checked my credit card and was changed $200 for nothing! I called the hotel, asked to speak to the manager and the women put me on hold. I am on hold not 12:48 seconds. INCREDIBLE! HORRIBLE!!

Not many hotels in San Pedro Sula… I’m a Gold member of IHG and Platinum at Marriott but honestly this property did an amazing job in the restaurants and the pool area… but the rooms certainly need an upgrade ASAP… I had an issue with the AC and they came to my room and then no solution whatsoever…I end up sweating all night…. I find this very bad customer service for the kind of property and the level they want to transmit…. At the end I believe is overrated….

The room looks old rotten timber between toilet and bedroom and grouting works need urgently attention very dirty the floor when entering to the very dirty grouting works need urgently attention same as in the toilet. Sleeping quits very good

I stayed 1 night only. Rooms are spacious, plainly decorated, comfortable bed. To my surprise the swimming pool was closed. The pool was one of the reasons to book this hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant Bambu, ok sushi rolls, not great. Overall overpriced hotel, more than US$200 per night. No breakfast was included.
