Firstly - very nice and friendly service. Very helpful, they take care of every detail. The hotel is new and very comfortable. Fantastic swimming pool, sauna and relax area. Very tasty breakfasts and supper. People from other places come to supper and let this be the best recommendation. The hotel is located close to the slopes (1 ski bus stop, where the stop is at the hotel). Skiroom with heated lockers. Rooms large and very clean. Very good wifi. Parking space in the underground garage. The hotel accepts pets. Next year for skiing with an overnight stay in ama stay.

Nice Hotel with modern and sweet appar**ents. We had a nice room with ski piste Erta view. When we entered to the hotel you can see how nice and with good taste everything is made. For skiers you have a really good ski depot with boot, helmet and gloves heater. The ski lift miara is not far away and we were walking there every morning without using ski bus. Even spa is nice with three different saunas (two dry and one steam saunas). If you want to be better some rules of conduct in spa is needed which would be given meybe at arrival…even some signs on doors would be enough like adults only, no swimwear etc.)

Perfect Spa, nice people, restaurant, all clean and cozy :) felt like home Beautiful location! In love with the architecture. Great view overlooking the town and the ski slopes. Very clean and well furnished rooms, as well as the dining room.

Siamo stati a mangiare in questa struttura nuova di zecca. Nulla da dire, piatti ottimi e con materie di grande qualità ed ottimo servizio Nota molto positiva l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un consiglio: menu poco collegato al territorio, qualche piatto di tradizione magari in chiave moderna sarebbe un bel boost per il menù.

La struttura è nuova e calda negli ambienti in cui predomina il legno e l’ardesia. Le stanze sono ben arredate anche se piccole. Bagno comodo e ben attrezzato. Manca la possibilità di un termo arredo che consenta di riscaldare abbigliamento umido. Pochi gli spazi per riporre il vestiario. Viene fornita una borsa con caldi e avvolgenti accappatoi per la spa. Quest’ultima è ben progettata. Una menzione particolare merita la piscina interna che ha un accesso all’esterno da cui si gode una meravigliosa vista sui monti. Sauna, bio sauna e bagno turco all’altezza delle aspettative. Menzione a parte merita il ristorante con il suo menù strepitoso. Lo chef De Benedictis prepara in una cucina a vista dei piatti gourmet tutti prelibati e impiattati in maniera stellare. Abbiamo provato altri ristoranti a San Vigilio ma senza smentita alcuna ci sentiamo di suggerire che al ristorante dell’Ama non vi sono alternative! Personale davvero cordiale e professionale. Colazione ricca e con menù omlette preparate al momento. Spremute e centrifugati molto buoni e preparati al momento. Piccola critica per l’assenza di torte e crostate di cui suggeriamo l’introduzione. Maggiore attenzione anche per intolleranti al lattosio.

Nuovo,moderno ma con angoli resi raffinati da decorazioni minimal di ottimo gusto, confortevole, pulito e con personale squisito: giovane,attivo e ben preparato. Stanze grandi e con grandi vetrate,che adoro. Ottima cucina, colazioni curate e con prodotti freschi attenti al non sprecare nulla ( apprezzabile ); avrei apprezzato un paio di torte in più ( era presente solo una ciambella ) ma questo è gusto personale . Zona relax e piscina ordinata, sempre ben tenuta da un addetto e sorvegliata….confortante! Consiglio vivamente e torneremo! Grazie e complimenti a tutto lo staff ( compreso la mamma dell’amministratore: addobbi natalizi MERAVIGLIOSI…che copierò 😉 !)

struttura tanto funzionale ed organizzata all'interno quanto orrenda e decontestualizzata rispetto all'ambiente che la circonda. il colore esterno ricorda strutture piú inerenti a zone industriali di grandi cittá.

Ho soggiornato all’Ama STAY per un weekend di coppia. Avevo alte aspettative e posso felicemente constatare che sono state confermate, anche molto di più. La struttura si presenta moderna, pulita ed elegante, con un team molto preparato, simpatico e disponibile. La camera, mozzafiato, ha una vetrata importante che dà la veduta al paesaggio meraviglioso di fronte all’hotel. È fornita di ogni servizio, a partire dalla beauty routine e accessori per l’igiene personale, fino ai calorosi e morbidi accappatoi e comode ciabatte appositi per la zona SPA. Quest’ultima, molto grande, con diverse zone relax dove potersi completamente rilassare, adibita di una piscina esterna con vista stupenda, diverse saune com temperature differenti e un bagno turco. Il tutto molto curato, pulito ed in ordine. Il relax e il silenzio sono assicurati. La cena ci è stata ben servita, un menù vasto, con proposte valide anche per vegetariani, accompagnati da un’a**osfera delicata ed elegante. La colazione invece a buffet e con qualche proposta alla carta, è disposta in ordine, ben curata e ben fornita. Non posso e non riesco a trovare punti negativi o da migliorare. Sicuramente faremo ritorno! Grazie all’Ama STAY e al suo staff !!!

Un soggiorno incantevole in una bellissima struttura piena di carattere e in un'ottima posizione. la stanza era molto confortevole e la qualità del sonno di altissimo livello Un solo aggettivo per descrive questo hotel: Eccellente! personale gentile, friendly e competente. Si sono sempre impegnati al massimo per assicurarsi che il nostro che il nostro soggiorno fosse indimenticabile Colazione da 5 stelle. Infine la SPA rappresenta la famosa ciliegina sulla torta: pulita , spaziosa , ben organizzata con una piscina con vista mozzafiato
